Lord Charles Andrew Howard IV was born in November of 2282 and Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory created him Duke of St. Albans Territory in the name of his great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard, first Duke of Norfolk Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III is the first and eldest of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart and he was born in 2230 during his grandfather's Dukedom.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III has some recollection of his grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior and how proud that his eldest son gave him his first grandson, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III in 2230, but his eldest son's marriage to the eldest daughter of the Duke of Lennox Territory was far from happy as both wanted to marry someone else but weren't allowed.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart muddled through their marriage and every five years produced five children together, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III being the eldest of five children.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III was tall, handsome, athletic, well-educated, but he was careless, reckless, and he liked to fight.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III excelled in wrestling, boxing, and archery, but as far as academics were concerned he really didn't care for them but he managed to graduate from the Parochial School on Star Base 12 in 2247.

He was expected to succeed his father to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory, but not even Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR knew that his father had altered the succession in his Last Will and Testament which stated that his first grandson who gave him his first great-grandchild would inherit the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR arranged a marriage with Lord Victor Edward Stanhope in 2245 with his daughter, Lady Victoria Charlotte Stanhope to marry his eldest son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III in 2251.

Lady Victoria Charlotte Stanhope was beautiful but came from a very sexually abusive family where both her father and brother would sexually assault her starting at the tender age of ten years old.

The sexual abuse continued until Lord Victor and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR agreed to the marriage between their two children in 2245, and Lady Victoria Charlotte was sent to Norfolk Estate to live with Lady Patricia, Lady Patricia Charlene and Lady Charlotte Augusta along with Lord Patrick William and 1 month old Lord Andrew Charles.

Lady Victoria would become accustomed with her new family and be groomed to become Duchess of Norfolk Territory alongside her future husband, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III.

Despite the fact that Lady Victoria Charlotte was very beautiful and sensual, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III was attracted to Lady Victoria Charlotte and she was attracted to Lord Charles Andrew III.
