Sidney and I cleaned the house, a heavy weight hung over us with the information the cop told us. Everything we worked for, everything we wanted just being for absolutely nothing. We thought it is going to be safer for us both if we just head back to Woodsboro, Dewey offered his place for us until we get enough money to buy our own house again. This place was supposed to be our escape, but after a few days, it turned into our nightmare once again.
With Michael being alive, we don't know when or where he is going to attack again. Police cruisers were going to be parked outside for a few days until we move out. It is reassuring knowing that we have the security, but the when still haunts me.
The phone rang causing me to stop sweeping. I head over to the phone, and pick it up, "Hello?"
"(Y/n)?" I hear. "Thank god you are still alive. I called the cops yesterday when I saw Michael in your windows. Good to hear your voice kiddo."
"Thank you, Nancy. I know I was mean to you yesterday, so it means a lot to me you called the police."
"Oh sweetie, you were going through a hard time yesterday. I can't blame you for blowing off some steam, I mean you just lost your dog. So... Where are you headed now? Hopefully, you aren't staying, I heard he was still alive."
"Back to where we came from I guess."
"Well let me know if you need anything, okay?"
"I will, thank you Nancy for always being there for me."
"Of course, honey, have a good day."
I hang up the phone before returning back to my cleaning, placing the broken table pieces in the trash. Sighing I lean up against the wall, exhaustion coming over me finally. Seems like my not sleeping for a while seems to finally have caught up to me. Sidney sends me a smile from across the room, letting me know that it's okay.
Picking myself up from the floor I walk to my bedroom, new sheets fitted to my bed. Any sign of death there is gone. Crawling under the covers I let my tired eyes and hunger for sleep overtake me. A pang of loneliness also washed over me, Chewie loved taking naps with me.
---
The feeling of someone watching me causes me to stir awake. Sitting up I find Ghostface crouched down next to my bed, watching me sleep with some great interest. I inch away from him, yet he grabs my leg and pulls me towards him. His hands hold onto my thighs as he looks up from me from his kneeling position on the ground. The mask gets pulled off of him, a few bruises littered his face.
"(Y/n)," he grows, holding me in place. "We had a deal."
"Yeah, the deal is for you to leave me alone now," I cry out. "Let go of me, Billy."
"Sweet sweet girl, you are wrong."
"You asked if I comply with the deal, the deal being if you killed Michael Myers. Guess what, you failed. He is still alive and kicking, so the deal is off."
"How ironic is that, but you can't escape me. I know you are moving back home, to my playing grounds."
"Billy."
"(Y/n)."
"Leave me alone."
"I can't do that."
"Why Billy, let me live my life. Like oh my goodness."
"I am letting you live your life. You moved here and decided to get yourself mixed up with another man. A man that wanted to kill you, if it wasn't for me you would be buried 6 feet underground right now. What use is a pretty face like yours in a wooden box in the ground?"
"If there wasn't a masked killer back in Woodsboro I wouldn't be here right now. I left because of you Billy."
"And you are going to be coming back, thanks to our deal (Y/n)."
"No."
"Yes."
Sidney knocks on the bedroom door, calling out my name. This causes Billy to jump on me, straddling me as he places his hand over my mouth. She jingles the handle, walking away once she notices it was locked. Unfortunately probably assuming I locked it in case Michael attacks again.
"You are going to comply to me or I am going to take matters into my own hands (Y/n)," Billy growls from on top of me.
"You didn't follow through with your end of the deal," I mutter under my breath.
"I helped you survive Halloween, the one day he is at his most powerful. That cancels out my end of the bargain. So now you get to come home with me, on my terms of course. I am going to own you (Y/n), you said so yourself. You agreed."
"I am not going anywhere with you Billy."
"Oh yeah? You want to see what happens when you try to make your own commands girl?"
"Yeah, I do."
"You think Sidney is expecting me to come down the stairs and slice her up."
"You would not dare."
Billy gets off of me, heading towards the door with his mask hanging from his hand. Quickly I get to my feet, pushing him away from the door with great force. The nap gave me more energy than I'd had in a while. "You won't lay a finger on her," I command him.
Billy laughs, "You really don't want to play with me today (Y/n)."
"Same goes to you Ghostface."
