Every tear she has been holding back. She can't hold them anymore. She is finally alone and scared. She's letting them one by one roll down her face. Everyone either filled with sadness or hurt or both. It's like her whole world is ending. She keeps thinking is she ready to give up or keep on fighting. She keeps on fighting but she's scared to.
