Iridescent Rose

And alone in the sanctuary of the hidden garden sat a single iridescent rose. Its delicate petals soft as velvet swarmed with fairies tossing their glittering treasure and playing jump rope with rainbows. Reds the Color of rubied strawberries. Oranges, that spooked the ripest pumpkins. Yellows that outshone the vibrant sun. Greens that danced through fresh spring dewy meadows. Blues that sang the calming rhythm of a trickling brook. Royal purples that brought the over pigments to their knees. And finally the pinks of baby kitten's noses. All these shades blending and spiraling together to bring out the multicolored symbol of love above the impostered beauties.
