"And that's how I met Jihyo and Jeongyeon." Nayeon says through a mouth full of pepperoni pizza.
"You really shit yourself on your first day of middle school?" I say giggling at the story of how Jihyo shit herself and Nayeon and Jeongyeon were coincidently in the bathroom so they helped clean her up.
"Yes! I was nervous to be in a different environment where I knew nobody" Jihyo says smiling fondly at the memory.
" I remember that day like it was yesterday" Jeongyeon says chuckling. The conversation just kept going and before I knew it the sun had began to set.
My day ended with the girls and I giggling as we walked home bumping into one another, it feels good to live in the moment like this. We took that as our sign to walk home together.
We then stopped Infront of my building as I hugged all the girls goodbye. " Thank you for the amazing day girls I had a good time"
Walking into the elevator and I check my notifications as I haven't since this afternoon, its like I forgot I even had a phone when I was having fun with the girls.
The elevator dings and to my surprise the building owner in a suit and a beautiful tall girl are standing Infront of it. I lock eyes with the girl as the landlord introduces us " Ah Soojin this is Chou Tzuyu she's your new neighbor." the girl bows in greeting, I return the kind gesture.
" its nice to meet you" I smile.
" Well ill let you two get to know each other, thank you for walking me out Tzuyu" She smiles at him as we walk back to our apartments in comfortable silence.
" uh Soojin do you think i could get your number? you know just so I can be in the loop with stuff about the building"
I notice the red hue on her cheeks, i reach out and give her my phone as she returns the gesture. I type in my number and we part ways.
Finally looking at my notifications, i have 3 new notifications.
