*10 years later.*

Nina was sat on the park bench, her one year old safe in her arms. Ian was next to her, watching four children play together.

Nino Wesley, aged 11.
Stefan-Dobrev Somerhalder, aged 11.
Nik Morgan, aged 11.
Lilian-Rose Somerhalder, aged 13.
Grace Graham, aged 9.

Paul and Tess were wrapped up in each other's arms, trying to keep warm. Candice and Joseph next to them, cuddling as they watched their son play in the snow.

Kat remained single, the father of her daughter left, so she was rasing her alone. Well, not exactly alone. She'd moved closer to Ian and Nina. Along with Candice and Joseph. They all now loved withing twenty minutes of each other, and their kids were together most days.

"It went by fast." Nina smiled, Ian wrapping his arm around her shoulder.

"It went by really fast." Ian replied, kissing her cheek, taking their one year old son.
He was names after his oldest brother, Jackson Alex Somerhalder, he had blue eyes, curly brown hair and a feisty but adorable attitude. Lilian loved him, a lot, she was always helping and wanted to be around her brother as much as she can, often dragging Nino into it too.

"Mum!" Lilian smiled, drawing her attention to the snowman the children had built. It was big for them. He had two parts to his body, long sticks for arms, rocks as buttons and eyes. He had Ninos hat, Niks scarf and Dobrevs mittens. Leaves for a smile, and a conker for a nose.

"He's beautiful baby!" She smiled getting up and looking at her daughter, "What you gonna call him?"

"I don't know! Gracie has to name him." She replied, looking towards the small girl.

"His name is Pap!" She said, giving no explanation towards why. The five of them played in the snow for hours, their parents watching as they jumped about, throwing snowballs at each other, until Lilian got his in the eye by Nik, and she started uncontrollably crying.

...

"What's wrong Mini?" Nino asked, putting his little hands on his friends face. She winced, so he pulled his hand away looking at her, "It hurts?"

"Yeah." She mumbled. She may be older, but she was smaller than Nino, everyone had a feeling she'd always be smaller than Nino. He hugged her, before lunging for Nik, pushing him into the snow. Paul jumped up, along with Joseph, pulling the boys apart.

"What was that for?" Paul asked, "You can't just hurt people for no reason."

"He hurt Rosey!" Nino scowled. Nik and Nino got along very well, they were close, but when it came down to Lilian, Nino was extremely protective of her.

"That doesn't matter Nino. Did he say sorry?" Paul asked, now looking at his son.

"No." Nino said

"Go say sorry to Lilian, kiddo." Joseph said, letting go of his son.

"I'm sorry for hurting you." Nik offered her a smile. She hugged him, saying it's okay, before going back to Nino, hugging him again.

"Thank you for protecting me Neens." She smiled, whispering tag in his ear before running towards her brother and Grace.

...

"Ninos it! Ninos it!! Run!!!" Lilian giggled, watching her youngest brother run towards her as fast as his tiny legs could take him. She picked the one year old up, still running away.

"Lily wait up!" Nik giggled, running around the snowman, before they all fell ontop of each other. Nino tapped Lilian, smirking before he said.

"Tag. You're it."

Before any of them git chance to run again, Ian had scooped up his three kids, Paul scooping up the rest.
"How about, we go home? Bake some cookies, drink hot chocolate and then we can go play in the garden." Ian smiled, putting the children on the bench.

"Can they be chocolate chip?" Lilian asked, her black waves falling infront of her bright blue eyes.

"Double chocolate chip!" Nino whined, taking his hat from the snowman.

"Fine!" Lilian rolled her eyes.

Paul and Ian laughed at their children's petty arguments. They'd been like it their entire lives, god only knew it would get worse.
"I think I'm gonna go home, watch some movies with Gracie and make some cupcakes." Kat said, smiling at her nine year old.

"Mmmm. Cupcakes." Grace laughed.

...

Nino, Nik, Dobrev, Lilian and Jackson were all sat watching Lion King, abandoning Nina, who was now making cupcakes with Ian. Ian wasn't much of a help, kissing her neck and shoulders none stop.

"Ian." She laughed, turning around to look at her husband. He pulled her waist, kissing her deeply. She replied in an instant, sliding her tongue against his lip, their tongues then dancing together.

"We made it happen. Our always and forever." Ian smiled.

"Our always and forever." Nina smiled back, kissing him again, before they turned to watch the family they had found and created together. The family the grew to love.

Always and Forever.
