Klaus was having a nightmare, Men shouting in distance, horse neighs in distance, swords clanging, A Man screams, grunting, gurgling,
"Please. Please! Help me. Please." The Man begs as footsteps approaching, "Please." The Man begged Klaus a Thousand Years Ago.
"No," He screams as the sword unsheathes, "No! No! Please! "
"You would show mercy to an enemy?! A friend who plotted to raid our Home? Mercy... is for the weak, Niklaus. You... Look at you, boy. You are pathetic. If you are determined to prove yourself a weakling, I should cast you out! Better your Brothers not be exposed to a coward!
Klaus looked over at a sleeping Hayley, and got silently out of bed checking on Hope and Henrik he walked out of the bedroom and sat outside on the balcony looking over Bourbon Street, not really seeing, reliving his nightmare vision.
Klaus looked up to see his Son staring at him, "Henrik don't come near me it's not safe my Son." Klaus rasped out softly, and Henrik disregarded his Father words and sat on his lap.
"It can't touch me Dad, and it can't make you do anything to hurt me, I am immune to the Hollow," Henrik told him, and Klaus relaxed holding Henrik against him putting his lips to his Son's soft head.
"Your gift has benefits my Son." Henrik nodded and held his Dad's arms feeling his strong arm muscles.
"I can't do anything to the Hollow in Spiritual form if it takes a body form I can kill her." Henrik told his Dad, and Klaus's blood ran cold, and turned Henrik on his lap so he was facing him,
"No my Son this is not your fight, your Mother and I do not want you involved..."
"But Dad," Henrik interrupted him.
"Henrik, you and Hope are a cherished gift to me, your Mother and I had to fend for ourselves as Children we had no choice, your Mother and I have made a promise to each other to protect you and Hope always and not involve you in these matters while you are young, it is our job to protect you, you are young my Son, with Dahlia you were a baby and we had no idea what you were capable off, do you remember what happened with Dahlia?" Klaus asked watching him closely, and Henrik shook his head,
"Not really Daddy."
"Good, we want you to be a boy, you are not to take on the Mikaelson enemies or magical entities such as the Hollow until you are a Man of Eighteen we want you to enjoy your childhood, I want you to give me your word as my Son that no matter what happens you will let your Mother and I and your Aunts and Uncles fight our enemies."
"I give you my word Dad."
"Thank you Henrik," Klaus put his hands gently to the sides of his Son's face, "I love you Henrik, you and your Sister are precious to me I will do anything to protect you both always and forever." Klaus promised him and Henrik fell on his chest hugging him tight,
"I love you too Daddy, always and forever." Klaus smiled hearing the Mikaelson Vow from the lips of his Seven year old Son and held him closely rubbing his back gently enjoying his Son's warmth and closeness.
"You didn't come back to your place last night. What's going on? Sofia asked.
"I just spent the last Six Hours going to every palm reader, exorcist and witch doctor I know. Now, they all say I'm fine, but ever since the bayou, something is off," Marcel confessed.
"What do you mean "off"?"
"The mirror cracked in the exact shape of the sigil we've seen all over Town."
