He fell, face first onto the stone hard floor. The ice shattered, leaving ice shards poking out of Sanemi's arms and legs- however that's not what traumatized him. 1, Douma was running away happily taking some peaks behind him, while Giyu lay on the floor completely red in blood. His nose was crushed, and his eyes were struggling to keep open. "GIYU?" Sanemi rushed over to help, as Giyu looked at Sanemi in the eye. "Giyu?" "Yes, Giyu. That's your name stupid."

Tomioka looked down again, "I think I'm going to die." Sanemi's eyes widened at the statement, "NO idiot, you're not- but in case you do..." Sanemi gathered up all his courage, "I like you. I'm in love with you ok?" Though it wasn't the time, Shinazugawa was hardcore blushing. And Tomioka's mouth twisted upwards, "I like you too."

Sanemi's brain went numb. Numb with emotions, joy, fear, confusion, shock, and most impactingly love. He found it odd that Giyuu was able to forgive him for all his harassment in a couple of nights and confess his feelings the moment he died. It all felt so...wrong. But perhaps that was because he was dying.

"Actually?" Sanemi grinned ear to ear as he held onto his...he didn't know. Tears swelled in his eyes as the realization that Giyuu might not make it slammed into him like a truck. He got up and carried him bridal style (I started laughing when I wrote that), before sprinting as fast as he could to- anywhere. He'd pay the world if anybody could help, even just a little bit.

Giyuu noticed the acceleration in speed and whispered, "Sanemi. Stop." He did not. He kept going. "Sanemi...please. Just stop." The white-haired man's pace slowed to a stop as his heart shattered when he caught the glint of realization in Giyuu's eyes that he was going to die. No matter what.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry! I should've done something quicker, no! No! Not when I just got you!" Sanemi's heart burned, too overwhelmed with feelings, too exhausted for this kind of burden. Giyuu simply guided his arm on Sanemi's shoulder and let it rest there. "Guilt is the worst burden a person can carry. Trust me, I know." Blood rushed through Sanemi's ears, everything bad that ever happened to play through his mind. It's almost as if he was dying, instead of the raven. "You can't expect me to just leave you-?" He shut up.

"At least I won't die alone. I love you, Sanemi." He stared into those sapphire eyes for several seconds before they lost their newly restored shine and went blank. Sanemi fell to his knees and cried his heart out.
