Y/N woke up to her alarm blaring in her ear. She smacked it to make the noise stop and rolled over on her side.
She could hear her brothers fighting in the room next to hers. It was too early to be dealing with this.

After a few minutes she got up and went downstairs for breakfast.

"There you are," Y/N's ma started, "I was about to come up and get you. Aqui, breakfast." Y/N mumbled a response then poured herself some cereal. She quickly finished her food then walked upstairs.

She scanned her closet before picking her Led Zeppelin shirt and a pair of dark-wash jeans.

Y/N quickly brushed teeth, fixed her hair, then she put on a little mascara and Chapstick.

She grabbed her bag then quickly rushed out the door avoiding her brothers, who would have annoyed her the entire walk to school.
She stopped in front of Robin's house waiting for him to walk out the door.

Robin had been her best friend since second grade, the only other person who had came close to being her best friend was Finney. Robin, Finney, and Y/N they were pretty much inseparable.

Robin walked out of his house and the two started to walk towards Finney's house. "Hey Cabezona ," Robin said with a smile. Y/N rolled her eyes. "Shut up, bighead. Yeah what's behind the bandana," Robin scoffed and replied "Your mom's phone number, she gave it to me last night."

Finney and Gwen soon joined them and the group walked to school together.

When they arrived at school they split up to find their lockers and classes. Y/N went to try to open her locker but every time she put the combination in, it wouldn't up in. Suddenly she feels someone standing behind her.

"You're in my way, shithead." a voice says behind her." Y/N turned around looked uup and saw it was Vance Hopper. "great," she thought, "this must be his locker, I'm so stupid, I'm going to scream, Oh my fucking god."
"are you going to say something or just stand there in silence" Vance asked. She looked up again then just walked away.

"I'm done with life," Y/N thought, "I guess I'm going to be late first period because I'm not stepping anywhere near my locker." She sat in the bathroom and waited for the bell to ring that signaled for class to start.

After the hallways cleared she left the bathroom and walked to her actual locker and put her stuff away. Then she walked into her first period class.

"Well I'm glad you could finally make it, Y/N," Mr. Dwyer said sarcastically, "take a seat." She looked around the room and saw that the only empty seat was next to Vance fucking Hopper. "great, again," She thought as she sat down.

It was only first period and she was already wishing that school would end.

Luckily the day flew by and soon enough it was lunch time. Y/N walked to the cafeteria and looked for one of her friends.

She spotted Finney coming out of the lunch line. She speed-walked over and sat down with him. Soon Robin joined them. Y/N decided to tell them about her encounter with Vance.

"It was probably the most embarrassing thing I've ever done, it made me ready to die" She finished "You're so stupid," Robin said with a smile, the continued slightly more seriously, "if he gives you any trouble just tell me and I'll make him stop"

Robin and Vance are both know as good fighters and many people don't know which one is better.

They ate our lunch and talked then the bell rang and They had to go back to our classes.

By the end of the day. Y/N was exhausted and the walk home was annoying. Her brothers, Mateo and Jonas, were talking and fighting the entire walk home. Even Robin was annoyed by their constant bickering.

The next day, Y/N woke up more optimistic. She was almost excited for school.

After eating breakfast and brushing her hair and teeth, she picked out her outfit, a band tee and some jeans.

She got dressed and was stuffing her folders back in her backpack, when Mateo barged in with a small water gun and started squirting her. "AHH PENDEJO" She grabbed him by the hear the smacked him by the head. Mateo glared at her as she threw him out of her room.

Y/N finished getting ready the she sped out the door careful to avoid her little brothers. Since she left the house late, Y/N assumed that Robin had walked ahead.

She made her way to school and when Y/N arrived she saw a crowd of people. She knew what was up, there was a fight. She walked up, half expecting it to be Vance but no, it was Robin.

He was beating the living shit out of Moose, who probably deserved it. "Damn," She say under my breath. "what did he do?" Y/N asked. "Uhh.. called Robin a slur, I think" Finney replied.

A teacher had to pull Robin off of Moose and took him to the principals office. Finney, Gwen and Y/n split up and made their ways to first period. In Y/N's case that was Science.

"Okay class so today I will be introducing a group research project," Mr. Dwyer said, "It will be an Astronomy project. You will pick a constellation and study the history behind it. as well as what stars make it up. The constellation is up to you but I will be picking your partners," The class groaned.

Mr. Dwyer started to list names, " Clara and Mark, Josie and Ally, John and Joseph, Macy and Vincent" Y/N prayed she wouldn't be partnered with Vance.

"Gregory and Ben, Y/N and..," "Please don't be Vance" She repeated in her head "and Vance" Mr. Dwyer finished. "Of course, just my luck, and I thought it was going to be a good day. So predictable," Y/N thought.

Vance turned to her and glared, "What constellation do you want to do?" he asked with slight annoyance in his voice. She looked at the list Mr. Dwyer gave beforehand and responded, "Uhh, what about the Gemini constellation?" "Fine, Whatever." Vance said as he rolled his eyes. "We don't have to do that one it was just a suggestion. jeez" Y/N said. "It's fine, I guess but of course you'd pick one of the Zodiac sign." He spit. "Damn, we've been partners for five seconds and your already judging me?" She retorted.

Obviously, this partnership was off to a bad start.
