"You and that employee friend of yours seem to be really close." Lia spoke as she had a teasing grin on her face. Lily closing her phone as she looks at her best friend confused.
"I'm close to all of the employees, I don't know what you're on about Lia." She replies as her friend looked at her annoyed.
"I'm talking about that new guy who joined the crew, the one with two toned hair, your penpal, the guy you're always texting!" Lia had to explain herself because lily was so dense.
"Oh you meant Renjun. Ok..... ok... oh.." She immediately went quiet as that cheeky grin appeared again amongst Lia's face.

"You like him don't you~."
"No."
"You do~"
"What's there to like about a guy with serious anger issues. Hello? Total red flag." Lily tried to argue.
"But red's your favourite colour."
"Lia what the heck??"
Her friend couldn't help but to laugh.
"Lily just admit it that you do take a fancy in him." Says Lia before a sigh escapes Lily's lips.
"No. I'm never going to admit it!"

Beomgyu: Lily could you kindly make me a bouquet of roses. I'm planning to give it to my crush as a gift for her birthday soon 😳 I'll come pick it up at around noon? Thanks >_< !!

"Why didn't beomgyu specify which coloured roses he wanted. His number is inactive now." Lily mumbles to herself as she presumes that her friend would have probably stuck to pale pink roses. If he didn't then well, that's on him.

"You look lost."
Squinting her eyes as she placed her head up. Seeing Renjun towering over her as she was currently crouched down on the ground, trying to pluck out the pink roses.
"Trying to pick out which coloured roses would be best to give to a crush." She answers.
"Yellow." He instantly replied.
"Renjun I said it's for a crush, not for a friend." Sighing tiredly as he stares at her suspiciously.
"You have a crush on someone? Tell me who." He said eagerly as she shook her head.

"Come on Li. Tell me. I won't tell anyone." He swore as she still refused to tell him. Besides, these flowers weren't even for her and she liked teasing him.
"No. Now if you'd let me pick out these roses in peace- ouch!*" a small yelp escaped her mouth as she pricked her hands on the thorns.
"You idiot!" He tells her as she hisses at him.
"You were the one who was distracting me from picking out these roses." Lily exclaims.

"Ya stop being a baby and stay still. I'm going to go get the first aid kit first." He said before leaving.
Not long after, he came back with the first aid kit in his hands. Opening the box as he took out a pair of tweezers and bandages.

"Didn't know that the job of the florist was this dangerous." He joked around as she scoffs at him. Renjun trying to get the thorn out of her fingers as she just stares at him. How close they were from each other.

"It's going to hurt a bit. You can hit me with your other arm if the pain is getting to you." He told her. Counting down before removing the thorn out of her finger. Lily yelping in pain as she uses her left hand to punch Renjun's shoulders.
"Ouch!* that punch hurts!! I said you could hit me, not hurt me oh my god." He complains as she just shrugs.
"It was the pain." She excused it. Renjun not wanting to fight back as he knew that she was currently hurt. He took the bandages and wrapped them around her fingers, as well as her hands since they were all scratched up.

"There, all better. You're welcome." He didn't give her a second to respond as he already took off with the first aid kit in his hands. Gosh what was his problem.
She continued to pluck out the pale pink roses, this time a bit more careful so she wouldn't get pricked by the thorns again. Well, the only reason why she lost her concentration was because he was around. This incident making her realise that she may in fact DO have a crush on him. How embarrassing.

"Lilyyy~." The chanting of her name gave her a sign that Beomgyu had finally arrived. She quickly took the bouquet of roses before going over to the front. Every move she did watched by Renjun, as the lad gave an unpleasant glare at the male she was approaching. Was that her crush??

"Beomgyu I was wondering when you were going to arrive. Thought that you'd ditched me." She said as he gasps dramatically.
"I would never leave you hanging! Oh I've seen that you've already made the bouquet, sorry for not telling you which coloured roses I wanted. I don't really know the significance of the colours of roses besides yellow." He let out a guilty giggle whilst scratching his neck.
"Ahh I thought so. I decided to pick out the pale pink roses because it's generally used to give a sense of admiration, joy or gentleness. Also because we ran out of the darker shade of pink. I was a bit reluctant to get you red roses cause what if your crush thinks that you're in love with them. You haven't even confessed yet." She explains.

"That is true. Nonetheless thanks Lily! I should tip you, shouldn't I?" He said as he took his wallet out.
"O-oh you don't have too gyu. I'm completely fine with the regular payment."
"I insist. Besides it's too spite that guy who's sitting behind you, he keeps sending daggers towards my direction." Beomgyu letting out a scared laughter. Lily looking behind to see Renjun staring at them. When he realised that he had been caught staring, the lad quickly looked away whilst having a sour expression.
"Don't mind him. He's always having bad days." She tells her friend as he hesitantly nodded.
"Alright then. Here's the money and thanks again Lily. I owe you one!" Beomgyu waving at her before he leaves the flower shop with the bouquet of pink roses in his hands.

"That was your crush?" Renjun spoke up as Lily was about to walk past him. Sarcasm filled in his tone as he bitterly laughed, as if making fun of her.
"No, he was just a really close friend of mines. The bouquet I made today was for HIS crush. Don't get too ahead of yourself." She replied as he got a bit embarrassed for assuming earlier.
"Oh... so you don't have a crush on anyone?" He then asked again.
"I do, but it isn't really any of your business." She says and was about to walk away when he took a hold of her hands to stop him.
"You know that I'm a really nosy person and I really want to know." He didn't want her to leave him without any answers.
"Gosh you want to know who my crush is?! He's nearby and a lot closer than you'll think." She exclaims. Her statement confusing him as he looks around the shop. No one here besides him and Lily.

And that's when it hit him. She had a crush on him.

The two of them just stared at each other in silence. Not one wanting to utter a word. He let's go off her hands before standing up.
"I gotta go." Was all he said before leaving her.
Great, now she fucked everything up.
