The orientation was supposed to start at 8pm, which meant Seri had exactly 4 hours left before all students had to gather in the hall. Luna had proposed going around the neighborhood market, so that's exactly what they did.

The market was huge with hundreds of shops, parlors, and restaurants lining the sidewalks. Huge ads of celebrities posing for the items adorned the top of the buildings. Seri gapes at the huge market "Is this even a market?"

Luna laughs at the other girl's cuteness. "No, my dear Seri. It is heaven."

"I think this is even better than heaven," Seri said, eyeing the food stalls.

Luna noticed her friend's gaze. "You must be hungry."

Seri shook her head in refusal. "No I'm not" Just the moment she completed her sentence, her stomach growled in response. " OK, I AM hungry. But if we start eating now, we won't have time for other thing."

"It's okay". Luna assures her, "Besides food before anything"

"Even me?" Seri asks her innocently.

"Hmmm..." Luna thoughtfully taps her finger on her chin. "Yes" she says finally, smirking.

Seri narrows her eyes at her and pouts "Me too", she sassily replies before both girls break into fits of laughter, earning a few stares from strangers. The duo decides to ignore them and continue laughing.

"Mmm," Seri's eyes widened at the delicious taste of the tteokbokki. "I didn't know tteokbokki could taste this good."

"Welcome to Seoul, sweetie", Luna smugly replies, taking another bite of the rice cake.

"We should come here more often" Seri suggests with her mouth full,

"Of course."

Soon Seri's plate was empty but her stomach was full. She contently pats her stomach and checks the time on her watch, two hours to go. "What should we do next?"

"Shopping, DUH" Luna says, as if that was the most stupid question anyone could ask her. Seri just laughed.

Luna dragged her to almost every single shop in sight. Buying all sorts of jewelry, shoes, and clothes. When they were finished, both of the girls had their hands full with shopping bags.

They laughed and talked as they walked towards their college.

"So," said Luna, "Did you get the guy's number?"

Seri instantly becomes red at the mention of the boy.

"W-Why would I-I?"

"SERIOUSLY SERI??!!" Luna asks her in disbelief. "You meet a hot guy and you don't even ask for his number?"

"It's not like that". Seri tries to defend herself. "He did tell me which branch he's studying in and told me I could come and meet him."

Luna sighs "What did you say?"

Seri gulped "I actually...... didn't say anything."

Luna looks at her, horrified. But before she could give Seri a whole lecture on how to deal with good-looking boys, they had reached their destination. Seri ran to their dorm, knowing she would probably get scolded by Luna. She planned to meet Luna after the party, hoping she would forget about their little quarrel.

Ser looked through her clothes, thoughtfully. "Should I wear this?" she thought to herself, gazing at a simple floral dress in front of her, "Or this?" looking at a petty pink crop top with ripped jeans. Finally, she decided on the dress, matching it with her favorite sneakers. She kept her long hair open, so that it came just above her thin waist. When she was satisfied with how she was looking, she left in search for the hall.
