STICK UP YOUR BROKEN LIPSTICK

I think most of us have come across this atleast once - left your lipstick open in the bag and ultimately found a broken lipstick ... Now there is no more need to make a fuss of it , Here is a simple trick to get out of this fix by fixing up your broken lipstick .

FIX THE LIPSTICK

1. Lay out a clean towel or tissue as a base and by using tissue or gloves place the broken piece on it ( keep the tube with remaining base of the lipstick handy )

2. Using a lighter , slightly heat up the bottom part of the broken piece . Do it until it becomes a bit molten and ready to be moulded ( probably less than 15 seconds ). Also heat the base that is left out in the tube . Be careful don't overheat it ,lest it melts too much .

3. Carefully place the broken piece onto the base that is left over in the tube . Smoothen it using your finger until both the parts get fixed .

4. Using your fingers or a clean tissue or toothpick , Smoothen the broken edges and firmly fix the two pieces .

5. Roll the lipstick inn and place it in the fridge ( refrigerator ) for 2-3 hours .
• If your lipstick is broken beyond repair , then just microwave the remaining bits in a clean plastic container for 30 seconds ( approximately ) . When it is melted , place the gooey lipstick in an empty palette and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours . Once it is fixed up , reuse it with a lipstick brush .
