Sweating is the best way to clean up the pores naturally . You can go with any form of exercise like jogging , dancing , brisk walking . The soul idea behind it is to increase the blood circulation , relax muscles and most importantly to get rid of excess toxins through sweating .

At the wind up of your detox , you want to calm your complexion . Pour hot water into a bowl and add a few drops of citrus essential oil . Steep a hand towel in that water , then draw out and drape it over your face .
