Sam recovered and resumed her work.
It's been one month since Matthew and Sam got married.
Matthew and Kevin were talking on the lawn after dinner.
"We'll see that." Matthew said.
"Bro." Kevin whispered in shock.
He started to shiver.
"What happened?" Matthew asked in confusion.
"Look there." Kevin pointed to Sam's balcony.
"Ghost. White dress and long hair. We need to save her." Kevin said in panic.
Matthew smacked Kevin's head and said "That's your Sister-in-law."
"What?" Kevin asked in bewilderment.
Sam who was showing her back till now turned.
After seeing his Sister-in-law Kevin smiled sheepishly.
Sam had long and thick hair which reached her waist.
"We haven't seen her hair. She used to tie up her hair in a bun." Matthew added.
Matthew watched her angelic face which was glowing under the moonlight. He was awestruck by her beauty.
"Bro..." Kevin called Matthew.
Matthew cleared his throat and pretended to be looking at a tree.
"Why is she standing there?" Kevin asked.
Matthew gave a 'How do I know?' Look.
"Evil spirits won't come to our home." Matthew said suddenly.
"How?" Kevin asked with a frown.
"We already have a devil." Matthew said with a chuckle.
"Why is she called a Devil?" Kevin asked.
"Have you ever seen her speaking normally? She has the guts to take the criminal case and support the criminal. No one has seen her laughing or smiling. She will just burn everyone with her eyes. A few more reasons are also there. That's why Leo named her Devil and everyone started to address her with that name." Matthew explained.
"Leo is your friend right? Who owns a restaurant near the court. " Kevin asked.
Matthew nodded his head.
"You haven't seen her before the wedding?" Kevin questioned.
"No, I have just heard about her. I didn't get a chance to meet her." Matthew said.
One week later
"Sir." Umar rushed into Matthew's cabin.
"What happened?" Matthew asked and closed the case file.
"Lekha has been arrested for murdering Mr.Karan's ex-wife and sentenced to 25 years in jail."He said.
"That's an old case right?" Matthew asked.
Umar nodded his head.
Vinay gave the Mumbai times newspaper to Matthew.
"Aditya handled the case." Matthew raised his eyebrows after reading the paper.
"Sir, do you remember that Devil's word?" Vinay asked suddenly.
You will be behind the bars within this month. Just wait and watch. " Sam warned and left the place.
