Pairing: Chris Evans x Wife!reader x their son Luca. Summary: Chris decides to take his son Luca to the set of Avengers to spend the day with him, so his wife can have a me time.

"Are you sure Chris?" "Y/n, I'm serio–" "I know, I know" Y/n sighs "It's just, I don't know." Chris comforts her by gently caressing her arms. "Easy, okay? You enjoy your day, you deserve it. Take a bath, sleep, go to a spa, whatever you want, even be naked all over the house!" Her wife laughs at him and playfully hits her chest. "I'm serious woman" He kisses his forehead.
"Say bye to mommy" "Bye mommy!" Luca approaches his mother, who says goodbye at the door, and gives him a kiss and a hug. "Behave yourself, okay?" "Yep!" "Have a nice time. Love you." she gives her husband a peck. "Love you" Chris replies not before hugging her and whispering quickly "Let me know if you plan to be naked all over the house" her wife laughs and he responds with a wink as he breaks the hug and starts heading to the car. There he accommodates his son in the special child seat. Chris gets on and they both leave for the set.
"Now now, who is that beauty?" "Aunt Scar!!" Luca yells excitedly running towards her. The woman hugs and lifts him up into the air. "You're getting bigger and bigger" Little Luca laughs. Scar sets it down and waves at Chris, confused that he's alone. "And Y/n?" "This week was very stressful, with work and with Luca, and we agreed that today she would spend some time alone to relax." Chris claps her hands "so today is a day with dad, right?" he looks at the little boy who jumps for joy. "Yeah!"
"Okay, listen Luc. Dad has to do a little work, yes? And if you're good, before we go home, we'll go for a surprise" "Yes daddy!" says his son who is sitting in Chris's chair. Chris playfully pats his head. "Okay champ. Wish daddy good luck" The little boy carefully gets out of the chair and gives his father a hug.
Little Luca was amazed. Not just seeing his father being a superhero, but seeing almost all of his uncles being one. At one point during the day RDJ, who, according to his parents, is Uncle Danger, approached the little boy and gave him a small bag of sweets. Not without first telling him not to say anything to his parents.
A couple of hours later, Chris and his son return home, but not before having gone to look for the surprise he promised. So the little one finds himself holding the bag of sweets hidden in his pants pocket and a bag with a large pot of ice cream, tightly so they don't fall out. "Almost there?" The little boy insists. "We're almost there Luc" "But why can't I eat a little here?" "Because you can get your clothes dirty and mom won't like that" "But daddy!" The little boy insists. "Look! We arrived" Chris goes into the garage to store the car. He then helps Luca down. "Shh remember it's a surprise for mom too" "I know" Luca hides the bag of ice cream behind him with his hands.
As soon as they enter the house, they hear music coming from the kitchen. They both head there and find Y/n who seems to be finishing up cooking some muffins. "Mommy!!!!" The little boy runs, hitting the bag with his back. "Hey! You're back, I missed you so much! How did it go?" "Good! Dad and- and- and the guys, even Scar! They were all superheroes and they jumped and ran and- and look!!!" His son shows him the bag with the ice cream. "Daddy said if I was nice, he'd buy a surprise. And I was nice and he bought...ice cream!" "Wow! Delicious!!" "Can I eat some now?" He pouts at his mother, who can't say no to that pretty little face. She sighs surrendered "Okay. But first go wash your hands and change your clothes ok?" "Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Luca runs to his room. "Slow down on the stairs!!" Chris yells at him before he completely disappears from his sight. He turns to her wife and gives her a short kiss. "How did it go? Was he good?" "Super good. You? How was your day?" Y/n heads to the oven to pull out the last pan of muffins. "It was good, although I missed you guys a lot" "So do we. By the way, Scar sends you greetings" Chris opens the door of the upstairs cabinet to get out the pots to serve the ice cream. "Do you also want ice cream now?" "A little, yes. I had made this" she shows him the muffin platter "but I suppose they will be eaten for breakfast tomorrow" "Or..." Chris starts to suggest but is interrupted "Or nothing Christopher. You will not put ice cream on the muffin" Chris sighs,disappointed. His wife laughs and comes over to hug him around the neck and kiss him on the cheek. "Why don't you go see if Luca is ready and I'll go serve everything?" "Okay" Meanwhile, Luca is putting on more comfortable clothes. As soon as the neck of the shirt drops to his shoulders, he approaches the door of his room to make sure that none of his parents is near him. Running quickly to the chair where he left the pants, he carefully takes out the bag of sweets that RDJ gave him and puts it on his bedside table. "What are you doing?" Luca jumps in surprise and quickly turns around to find his father standing in the doorway of his room. "Nothing!" he responds quickly. "Mom's serving the ice cream, let's go" Chris holds out his hand and Luca walks over to him. But Chris's hand hangs in the air as the little boy hugs his legs. "Thank you for today daddy, I loved it" Chris freezes for a few seconds. It's not the first time that he and Luca have gone out alone, but the fact that his son told him that made him feel proud. Proud to be a dad.
