After changing clothes, they came downstairs and into the living room, where she saw her unnie seated and smiling at them. Quickly, she made her way over for a bear hug.
They embraced, and she said,
"Unnie, it's been so long."
which made Ji-Eun grin broadly and hug her back.
"I missed you, too."
Ji-Eun laughed at her teasing, and the two of them settled down on the sofa, with Ji-Eun holding her hands in front of her face as she stared at Taehyung, who was standing there.
"Oh Taehyung"
Ji-Eun stared at the younger man as she spoke, and the younger man immediately looked down and backed away, recalling their previous meeting with her other uncle. Ji-Eun, however, proceeded towards him, gently taking his hands and passing him a sympathetic smile. "It's great to finally meet you after hearing so much about you." Her lips curled into a wide grin that Taehyung was afraid would hurt her . He attempted a grin, but his mental condition didn't allow it. His effort at a smile came out as a thin, hardly perceptible line, but Ji-Eun didn't mind since she got it. In response, she grabbed his hands and dragged him over to the sofa, surprising Taehyung so much that he turned to look at Yn, who simply shrugged and grinned at her unnie.
"You are as gorgeous as I imagined."
She murmured with dazzling eyes that made him look down, only if she knew how much this beauty had cost him, it was like a curse to him,he shook his head, trying to get out of the trauma he had just gone through. "Thanks"
His cheeks flushed a light pink as he murmured, and Ji-Eun squealed with delight at his adorableness.
"My apologies; I didn't realise I hadn't introduced myself."
She remarked with a little pout that Taehyung looked at her, knowing she hadn't, but for some reason, he was feeling at ease with her.
"I'm Ji-Eun, Lee Ji-Eun Yn's sister, and also her sister-in-law."
With a beaming grin, she replied, causing him to return the gesture before frowning.
"A sister and a sister-in-law?"
He did not understand.
"Well, we aren't related by blood, but to Yoongi and me, she is more important than any blood relative."
She directed this remark towards her younger sister, who returned her sister's grin.
