Through the week, Taehyung was doing a great job at spoiling Jennie. He would have his arms wrapped the woman all the time, helping her walk and asking if she was feeling well
Jennie told him that everything was okay, but Taehyung wouldn't stop. Three days after they found out about the pregnancy, Jennie had to convince Taehyung that she could work. The man wanted Jennie to stay at home through the period, but Jennie didn't agree
Jennie worked as a kindergarten teacher in her free time when she was not busy with her shooting, the kids made her tired but she would take that as experience for later when they will had their own child running in their house
Taehyung was clingy to her before, now he was even more. He would stop by at lunch time so they could eat together and he could check on her. Jennie wasn't complaining, she loved all the attention that her husband would give to her
Soon enough, the weekend came, which meant they went to Jennie's parents house. They also invited Taehyung's parents to tag along, so they could enjoy a family moment
Taehyung's father was very proud and excited about having grandchild. Obviously, he wanted it to be a baby boy, so he could take the kid to play soccer and other activities
By the other side Taehyung's mom had hopes it would be a baby girl. So she would spoil the child and teach her lots of recipes. Jennie was having a great time listening to Taehyung's parents talking before she dozed off in the car
Noticing her wife was asleep, Taehyung scolded his parents for being too loud while Jennie was resting
When they stopped in a red light, Taehyung leaned to caress Jennie's puffy cheeks and put a strand of loose hair behind her ear
His parents were watching Taehyung's actions and they were so proud of their son. Even back then when Taehyung and Jennie were boyfriend and girlfriend only, they could see how much they cared for each other. And now, with Jennie's pregnancy, they could see that they were made for each other
Half an hour later, they stopped in the gates of Jennie parent's house. Taehyung's parents got out of the car first, leaving the lovebirds inside
Taehyung carefully removed Jennie's seat belt and started peppering kisses all over her face. Jennie woke up with the ticklish feeling on her face. She smiled after opening her eyes
"Hey babe, we're here" Taehyung said, staring into Jennie's eyes
Jennie cupped Taehyung's cheeks and leaned in for a quick kiss before they decided to get out of the car
When they got inside the house, Jennie's parents greeted them with bear hugs, not forgetting to cheer because of the news. Jennie's mother took her daughter for a talk about pregnancy and Taehyung's mother tagged along
Taehyung was left with the men and decided to help them with the barbeque they would have for lunch. Both of them shared stories about how they handled with their wives pregnancy
Mr. Kim ( Taehyung Dad) told Taehyung about how he would have to get out of the house at 3AM because his wife was craving for something they didn't had at home that time
Of course Taehyung know that Jennie could crave and have other symptoms, but he was willing to do everything for her and their baby
He would do even the impossible tasks too, to make sure Jennie and the baby would be fine
They were having fun while talking, until Taehyung's phone started ringing. It was an alarm that he had set for Jennie to take her prenatal vitamins. He excused himself and hastened inside the house, looking for his wife
"Jen! It's time for your medicine"
Jennie turned around, smiling at her husband and excused herself to take the medicine. She went to the kitchen to get some water and Taehyung followed her
Taehyung arms were wrapped around her body as she took it. Jennie frowned at the weird taste of medicine and it made Taehyung to laugh
"Thank you for taking such good care of us" Jennie whispered, leaning her head against Taehyung's chest
Taehyung just pressed his lips against Jennie's cheeks and closed his eyes for a brief moment. They were enjoying each other's warmth, until they heard some 'aww' from behind them. It had to be their mothers, peeking to see their sweet moment
Mrs. Kim (Jennie's Mom) was happy that her daughter had found someone as great as Taehyung to be by her side for the rest of her life
Even in the day she took Taehyung home for their first meeting, she knew Taehyung was the right one for Jennie. Jennie's father didn't agree in the first moment, but soon enough he managed to accept Taehyung as part of the family
They spent the rest of the afternoon eating and talking about pregnancy matters. Jennie was taking mental notes about the tips that her mother and her mother-in-law were giving her, while Taehyung was sitting right by her side, listening as well
Before the clock could hit 7PM, they decided it was time to head home. Jennie wouldn't mind staying a bit more, but Taehyung wanted to make sure she would have a well deserved rest. They bid their goodbye to Jennie's parents
As expected, Jennie fell asleep in the way back to their house again. Taehyung would glance at her at times, smiling softly. Jennie was the most precious thing he had in his life now, the woman of his dreams, was carrying their baby
Taehyung parents asked if he wanted it to be a baby boy or baby girl. He thought about it for a couple of seconds, before giving out an answer
"I don't really care if it will be a baby boy or girl, I just hope our baby will be healthy and love us"
His parents seemed satisfied with Taehyung's answer and maybe it would make them stop fighting over the gender. Taehyung took his parents to their house before heading to their home sweet home with Jennie
When they finally got at home, Taehyung did his best to not wake Jennie up. He made sure to open the door and then go back to pick his wife up. Jennie was fast asleep and he knew that she would need to rest a lot
He placed her on the bed and carefully started to changed her clothes. He made sure to put Jennie's comfortable pajamas and was amused at the way how Jennie kept on sleeping usually his wife would be a light sleeper
Jennie shifted on the bed, turning to the side and hugged one of Taehyung's pillows. Taehyung smiled and grabbed his phone from the nightstand. He started to record a video
"Hey little baby, it's your Daddy talking. We're really happy that you'll be with us in this house soon. Your Mommy is really tired nowadays, but that's because her body needs to produce more energy so you can be healthy. We love you and can't wait to see you" Taehyung kissed Jennie's stomach before waving to the camera and turning it off
Later at the night, Taehyung and Jennie were asleep but Jennie woke up because of a smell. She crunched her nose up, trying to find the source of that smell that was giving her nausea. She thought it was something from her mind and decided she should sleep once again, but when she laid her head on Taehyung's chest, she pulled the man away almost immediately
Taehyung woke up and almost fell off the bed "Babe! Is everything okay?" He was worried and Jennie was covering her nose, shaking her head
"You're stinky!"
Taehyung tilted his head, looking at his wife. He was pretty sure that he took a bath before getting in bed and he even used the vanilla soap that Jennie loved so much. But then, what the doctor told them came to his mind "Some smells can turn your stomach upside down" But Taehyung wasn't expecting it would be his smell
"Should I take a shower?" He asked and she shook her head
"Sleep on the floor?" He got the negative answer "Grab the mattress from the bed in the guests room and sleep here"
Taehyung wanted to groan but he would do everything that his wife told him. Jennie watched as Taehyung moved out of their bedroom and came back a few moments later, carrying a mattress and some blankets to himself. He put the mattress down, next to Jennie's side on bed
Even though she still could smell Taehyung, but it wasn't as bad as before. Jennie let her arm hung out off the bed, so she could hold Taehyung's hand while they were asleep. Ten minutes later, the couple was fast asleep again
In the next morning, Taehyung woke up first. Their routine had turned upside down because now Taehyung would be the one waking up first and cooking breakfast. He didn't mind doing those things, though. It was a way to express his love to Jennie
They had breakfast together and then he went to change his clothes so he could take Jennie to work and then go to the office to work on some projects
As usual, Taehyung was struggling to put her tie on. Jennie was watching her from behind and let out a soft giggle before moving closer
Taehyung turned around to let the Jennie fixed his tie, as if it was the easiest thing in the world. He leaned in and kissed her lips. Jennie stared at her and Taehyung was ready to listen to those three little magical words. But it didn't came out the way he wanted it to be
"You are stinky" Jennie said and laughed at Taehyung's priceless face. She then turned around to grab her bag and wait for Taehyung to outside the house
"Yah! See little baby, your mumma is bullying me!" Taehyung said to himself and chuckled, then went towards the Jennie "Stinky or not, I still love you"
Jennie smiled at him, nodding her head "Of course you do"
