Episode 4: Kevin's Big Score

A/N: I forgot how bigger Argit looked in AF, like oh my gosh, if he was real he'd be almost my height! Something about that make me uncomfy. I prefer him looking small enough for me to kick thank you very much

Gwen and I laugh, looking at an old photo. "Hey, Ben, look. It's us in front of the old Rust Bucket." Gwen says, Ben takes the photo out of her hands. He laughs lightly, "That's so like Grandpa Max to lose one dumper, then run out and find another." He chuckles, staring at the photo peacefully. "That whole summer was incredible. Remember? Hero time, all the time." Ben reminisces "Kevin was still a bad guy." I tease loudly so he could hear me.

Kevin lays under the RB2 as he works on it, "Let it go, Nutjob," He sighs, rolling from underneath to look at us "I know you're here to keep an eye on me." Kevin wipes the oil off his face. "It's sweet that you wanted to fix up the Rust Bucket 2." Gwen says smiling sweetly. Kevin starts to lower the RB2, Gwen shuts the old photo album and start walking towards the RB2, Kevin stops her from going any farther.

"Not yet." He says with a soft smile before going inside. Ben frowns a little, "Still not buying the Nice Guy act, Kevin!" Ben calls "Ben..." Gwen scolds. Ben turns to me, "N/N, are you buying this?" He asks "I'm not sure," I mutter with a shrug "The only thing I'm really sure of is the fact he has the hots for Gwen now." Ben pauses "What? Ew..." He says, cringing "As long as he's not pining after me...and he doesn't break Gwen's heart. I don't care." I state "Fair enough." Ben mumbles.

Ben and I walk over to Gwen's side, "Ok, I'm gonna try the engine!" Kevin calls. The engine starts with ease, "Go, Kevin!" Ben says proudly-right before Kevin speeds off. Ben grabs me and Gwen and pushes back so we didn't get hit. "COME BACK, KEVIN!" Ben shouts, he takes off after him. "Ben!" Gwen calls, Ben hits down on the Omnitrix and turns into Big Chill. "Y/N?" Gwen asks worriedly, "Yeah I'm going." I sigh, I surround myself with a black glow. I levitate beside Ben, he glances at me "You didn't need to follow me." He says seriously "And yet, here I am." I say, grinning at him goofily, he sighs.

We fly after Kevin, a gun pops out of the top of the RB2 it shoots out lasers. Ben and I dodge, the laser stop for a second before shooting out bigger laser right towards us. Ben wraps his arms around me and the laser goes right through us. Ben and I glance at each other knowingly, I teleport the two of us ahead of Kevin.

Ben freezes the road in front of him, the RB2 swerves-but it didn't last long before it was breaking through the ice like a champ. Ben uses his eyes breath and again, this time the RB2 swerves off the road and down the mountain. The RB2 starts breaking down the trees as Kevin continues to drive down the mountain, I dodge the trees that fly into the air.

The RB2 crashes back onto a backroad, Ben grabs me and turns invisible again. A missile shoots out of the side of the RB2, it soars towards us, trapping a net over us when it exploded. It wraps around us and we drop to the ground. I grunt when it shocks us, I make the net glow black and it melts off. Ben growls and turns back into himself, we watch as Kevin drives off with the RB2. Gwen rides up on one of her energy platforms, "He got away." Ben says angrily as he stand. Ben turns and helps me up, "Whoa..." Gwen says in awe. I glance at her, her eyes widen "I mean, oh no!" She gasps.

Wow, so Gwen has a thing for Kevin...didn't see that coming. Not at ALL....

Ben tenses angrily, "How could I have let my guard down? He's a liar and a thief!" He huffs, pacing back and forth. Gwen and I watch him, "That was the old Kevin. He's different now. And we're different too." Gwen states. Ben stops pacing and glares off in the distance. I place a hand on Ben's shoulder, he shoulder relaxes a little, he sighs. Gwen holds up the rag Kevin used to wipe his sweat, "I can track him from this." She says, Ben and I stare at the rag.
