nick, chris, and matt stood in the kitchen. as nick tapped through people's instagram stories he came across a picture of natalia and a fan. this very quickly reminded him of something.
"oh, guys," nick waited for a response. after hearing a few hums from his brothers he continued. "natalia said that her and matteo could get up free tickets and backstage passes to johnny's show." he smiled.
"really? our connections make me happy that we're famous." chris said.
"how is she gonna get us backstage passes?" matt said, confused. i mean, he knew johnny and natalia were friends but backstage passes? that's going a bit far.
nick laughed. "i mean she is opening for her so it shouldn't be that hard." he shrugged.
"wait she's opening for him?"
"yeah," nick nodded.
"why do you sound so baffled?" chris asked.
"nothing, it's just that althea asked me to go with her." matt furrowed his eyebrows.
"why would she do that? johnny's post literally says very explicitly that nat and matteo were gonna be special guests?" nick said. "that's awfully suspicious to me."
"yeah, i'm starting to think the same," matt said.
"how did she even talk you into it. johnny and nat are like besties," chris laughed.
"i really don't know. she just- she makes it hard to say no without feeling bad."
"huge red flag," nick said.
"um, i'm gonna.. go to my room." matt gave his brothers a tight lipped smile before leaving the kitchen.
