If there was one thing Casper liked to do, it was party. If he wasn't with his clients, he was going to bars and clubs, drinking, and partying his life away. It was rare that he couldn't find a spot to hang, out or a party to crash, he was like a magnet, and he knew how to attract a good time. I however didn't like leaving the house, even when I was with Dalton. Parties weren't really my forte, growing up my parents didn't really let us do socialize outside of church gatherings, so being outside at a loud party was foreign to me. it was a miracle our parents even allowed us to attend regular school, but school dances were out of the question. But I still allowed Casper to drag me out places to go dances or get drinks, like the place I was at now, with flashing lights and loud music. I could barely hear what the bartender was saying, let alone what Caper was going on about.

"This is called A Mint Stardust, it'll get you in the mingling mood," Casper shoves a small glass of light blue liquid into my hand. "Drink it, sip, sip!" he says, bringing the cup up to my lips, I don't even bother questioning it, dumping the drink down. I barely taste it, but I do get a minty aftertaste, and the shot moves straight to my stomach. "Three more of those and you'll be ready!"

"Three!" I exclaim.

"Come on! You need to loosen up, this is the first time I've seen you out of the house in months! Before Dalton even broke up with you it was hard for you to leave the house," Casper shakes me. "Come on girl loosen up! You're only young once better use your body now before you can't even hold a shot!"

I take three more shots with Casper, and my mouth feels like I just drank a bottle of mint Listerine. After our third shot, we move from the bar onto the dance floor, and I'm at once pulled away from Casper. Someone wraps their arms around me, pulling me into them. "Damn you bad," they purr in my ear, trying to grind on me. I submit to the dance, figuring it was only one, I couldn't get good luck with the guy, and he smelled like he dropped a bottle of liquor on himself, but I wasn't looking for Mr. Perfect; I was looking for a hookup. After the song ends, I feel Casper pulling me away.

"No gross," Casper tells me. "That guy looked like he sells cigarettes from his backpack," Casper tells me, pulling me through the club towards the back.

"I thought I wasn't supposed to be picky," I shout.
"You don't have to be picky, but don't be a tramp," Casper tells me, turning towards me. "Tramps don't' care who goes in-between their legs, you're classy," I roll my eyes, and he turns back. "I found some friends we can hang with," he tells me, and we arrive at a roped-off section, where a bunch of men sit drinking and dancing with drunk girls.

"Casper! Casper! Come over my friend!" someone shouts, and Casper pulls me over the velvet rope. "Whose your hot friend?" the guy asks, earning a few shoves and a few looks from the girls.

"This is Soncerae—And this is Jasper, he's a prick so don't listen to him, he just knows people who know people," Casper tells me.

"Prick? You're flattering me, baby," Jasper grins. "It's a pleasure to meet you, doll, these are my buddies Kion, Dallas, Macintosh, and Misha!" Jasper says, pointing out the men sitting around the table.

"Nice to meet you all," I smile.

"We're about to take a shot, you kids in?" Jasper smirks.

"I'll never turn down a shot," Casper smiles before turning towards me. "Right?"

"Right," I smile back at him. Jasper passes around small plastic cups, I hold them up with everyone else and throw them back, wondering how I was still able to stomach all this alcohol. Usually, I'd be spinning around by now, but all the alcohol was going straight to my gut, and just sitting there festering. The music was getting louder, and my body was getting hot but that was the only side effect I was facing. Casper moves to speak to one of Jasper's friends, and I take a seat on the couch next to his friend, Misha.
