Evianna's POV
What a way to celebrate my 18th.
Peace.
Something I haven't felt since I was four. The very people that cause me, my friends and my family pain, loss, hurt, longing and all the nightmares are finally dead. An enormous weight is lifted off of my shoulders and I can finally be at peace.
My family were looking at me with pride and they were in awe at watching Ryan, Gio, Ana and I finally get our revenge on the Germans.
As the final crackle of fire burned, the room became quiet. Karl's and Ben's bodies are charred beyond recognition and with a single touch, their shape would fall as all that was left are ashes.
"They really are gone from this life, huh?," Gio said with a grin making people laugh as a content smile adorned my face.
"There is not a single trace of them left," Ryan said with his sadistic smirk that I know too well. "No one can mourn for them since there's no body to go to," he added with a larger smirk as he crossed his arms looking at where the two bodies were burnt.
"Like anyone would remember them after this," Ana scoffed, making me chuckle as Nathan just wrapped his arms from behind of Ana as she leaned deeper into his hold.
"That was the most satisfying thing to watch in my life," Ethan said with a huge smile making Ares, Sam, Angelo, Gabe, Zeke, Kiro and Adonis nod their heads with an awe stricken face.
Dad cleared his throat but still had a smile on his face, "Since it's still Evie's birthday, let's go and celebrate. Mum, Agnes and Lidia prepared late dinner for us. I know you didn't want something big but take it as a small birthday celebration with your family for the first time in years, principessa," he softly said, making me look at him with the same softness.
"Of course, dad. I wouldn't want it any other way. All I need is you guys. I don't need some fancy shit," I said making Elias scoff and I raised my brows at him.
"There goes my fancy present to you," he mumbled but still loud for all of us to hear and laugh at his pout as we all started to walk towards the dining room. It was basically a five minute walk between the chambers and the house to ensure they were close to us and had the lowest possibility of escaping. Honestly, we could totally rock the bloody outfits.
"Your present will always be special to me Eli," I said making him grinned and stuck his tongue out to our brothers. "I'm already winning the best brother award," he said and smirked when he saw the boys started protesting, making me shake my head in amusement.
"Just wait till she opens my gift," Alex smirked, causing Elias to narrow his eyes at a confident Alex.
"The moment she sees my gift, she will have tears in her eyes from how wonderful it is," a smug Ethan said making me roll my eyes at their childishness.
Ares scoffed, "yea right. She will love my gift so much that she will be in shock and utter the words 'you're the best brother ever'," he said with proudness making me scoffed.
"How confident are you that I would even like it?," I asked making him narrow his eyes at me as the other boys stifled a laugh since I wasn't sure about his ideology.
"I just know," he stated making me hummed as we reached the dining room. All three women looked up and just stared at us with a displeased look making all of us halt in our movements.
Mum had a glare on her face and somehow managed to have a knife in her hand while mama had her hand on her hip, looking at us with narrow eyes. Μαμά had her arms crossed and her brow raised as she stared directly towards Μπαμπάς who was squirming making me internally smirk at how the former don of the Greek mafia is nervous due to his woman.
