The Hollywood Bowl was crowded for tonight's concert. Even though they were in a sea of people, Chris felt comfortable enough to hold onto Street in public. He surprised her with The Smiths tribute band concert tickets, and she was so excited to hear some of her favorite songs performed live and share the experience with her boyfriend. They stood in each other's arms and let the music wash over them.

Even though the concert ended hours ago, Street's ears were still ringing. He welcomed the sensation, because it reminded him of a perfect night with Chris. It was almost cruel to go into work and stop being able to touch her.

"How was the concert last night?" Deacon asked in the locker room as they prepared for shift.

"It was great," Street replied with a small grin.

"Who'd you see again?"

"The Smiths tribute band."

"Isn't that one of Chris' favorite bands?" Deacon questioned.

Luca and Tan turned into their lockers to hide in case their faces betrayed them; they didn't want Deacon to know that they were well aware of the fact that Chris and Street were together last night.

"Yeah," Street answered simply.

"So, you two went together?" Deacon asked suspiciously. Sure, he had quickly dismissed Annie when she suggested that Chris and Street are together, but now something seemed off ever since his wife brought it up.

"She was supposed to go with someone else...her cousin Tomas, but he backed out last minute, and I was free," Street lied, and he was a little impressed with himself for coming up with a story so quickly.

"Great," Deacon responded. That seemed to make more sense than Annie's theory.

Shift was moving slowly, which Chris didn't like, but Hicks had assigned her armory duty, so she was grateful that she could get a head start during shift and wouldn't have to stay too late. Admittedly, she was looking forward to seeing Street outside of work. Keeping their relationship a secret was sorta fun and dangerous, but it made being at work with him a little aggravating, because the deeper she fell in love with him, the more all-consuming their secret felt when they were in public.

Armory duty should have been a welcome distraction from thinking about Street, but he walked in with a look on his face that set her chest ablaze.

"Get out of here," she whispered.

"Just wanted to see if I can help," he offered innocently.

"Don't look at me like that. We're at work."

"I don't know what you're talking about." He flirted.

"Seriously, I need to focus." She turned away and continued to work.

"If you have to stay after shift to finish, I'll order some takeout and stay to help."

"Right, cause we should be having a date in the middle of HQ," she replied, sarcastically.

"We can hang out, and that doesn't make it a date...I mean, before we got together, we would get a bite to eat just the two of us...are you saying those were dates?" He asked with a sly smile.

"No," she sputtered out and busied herself with opening a box.

His smile grew wider as he enjoyed watching how nervous she now looked. Unable to resist the allure of the threat of getting caught, he stood right behind her and reached out to pull another box to open and catalog, but before he stepped away, he whispered, "I really wanna kiss you right now."
