Upon seeing who it was, they lowered their guns. "Man, aren't I glad to see you all alive." Both teams were quiet. "Is everything alright? You all seem on edge..." The person's eyes landed on the inured male. "Chris is hurt?" "Barry..." It was Barry. The person that they weren't suppose to see until later. Perhaps Wesker was getting annoyed with everyone's luck in surviving. Most likely sent Barry out to find out some information. "He's bleeding pretty badly. We should bring him somewhere to-" "We're already on it. Just on our way now." Enrico said before walking ahead, passing by Barry. The others followed behind, eyeing the confused male. So much for being less suspicious. "What's going on? I thought that you'd be happy to see me. And trust me when I say that I am damn glad to see you all. "We're just worried about Chris. Not knowing what the bite could do is putting everyone on edge." Rebecca covered. It made sense. At least enough to clear a bit of suspicion. Barry followed behind, pretending not to notice the quick glares or more so warnings. He hd no idea why they'd give him looks like that. He was sure that they haven't found out about anything. "Guys?"Barry looked over, a feeling of relief and fear mixing together. "Jill!" Joseph shouted in joy, glad that his teammate is still alive. Although, Wesker was behind her. Must've been the reason for Barry's reaction. Jill went over to the group, happy to see them all ok. Or at least almost all of them. When she saw Chris injured in Enrico's arms, a small gasp made it's way out. "What happened?" "That shark he spoke about." Joseph informed, whispering to her. "Shit..." She looked over the brunette, who wasn't doing too good. Wesker pushed past the two teams quickly, making his way over to Enrico. His comrades glared at him as he walked by, watching carefully and protectively. There was no way that they'd let him hurt their teammate. "Captain Wesker." "Captain Enrico....You have something of mine." The hold on Chris tightened. "I'm taking him to the room where Rebecca's supplies are in." "Hand over my pointman, Marini...Don't make me ask again." Angering the blonde was something they didn't want to do. So, Enrico handed the injured man over. They'll just keep an eye on the two. Once the brunette was in his arms, his expression softened. A hint of worry formed. He quickly walked ahead, first letting Rebecca lead the way. Once they got in the room, Wesker set the other down, watching him closely. He brushed a strand of hair out of his face before caressing his cheek. "You're going to be fine, Christopher." Rebecca worked quickly and quietly. she soon finished, successfully saving her friend. "Mission success. He's asleep right now but he should be fine." She smiled at her teammates. Wesker stayed by Chris, gently rubbing his thumb against his cheek. "Thank you, Rebecca. We'll move once he's awake. We can't risk reopening his wounds. Also those things will not stop for an injured man." "Yes sir." They noticed Barry giving the blonde a confused look. "One of us should go contact Brad." Joseph stated. "I will." Jill volunteered. She quickly left the room, taking her gun with her in case she ran into any of those creatures. The others knew why that she chose to go. She was one of the survivors in Chris's world. So there shouldn't be any problems. That was indeed correct. Jill came back not too long later, not a single scratch on her. "Brad is on his way. We need to get going soon." Wesker looked down at Chris, humming softly. "I suppose we should leave now." Carefully, he picked up the brunette, carrying him on his back. "Let's go. We should get a headstart in case of any obstacles." Captain Enrico lead the way, having a few of his teammates with him and some behind along with some alpha teammates. They encountered many zombies and some zombie dogs. "Brad will pick us up from the top. It's probably the quickest and safest escape." Jill informed, receiving a hum from Wesker. "Well then. Let's make our way up. Be aware of anything we haven't seen yet." He warned. They already knew about Tyrant. But that monster was still locked up so it shouldn't be an issue. They could simply try to take care of it now but that would be a bad idea since they didn't know how to defeat it. That's something to wait for Chris. He's the only one who knows how to destroy it. So for now, they'll have to ignore it and deal with what they have to get rid of now. That being the zombies and zombie dogs. There was once a snake but who cares about that. (Stupid giant snake :'D) Eventually, they made it up to the top, glad and grateful that they could see the sky again. They made it. The sound of a distant helicopter could be heard.Brad was approaching. Safety was near. "What the hell is that thing?!" Shouted Joseph, pointing at the disgusting creature that had made it's appearance. This wasn't good. That 'thing' is Tyrant. It wasn't suppose to be out. Chris had said that Wesker released it from the tube. But not once had Wesker been alone. he couldn't have done it. So who did? Wesker eyed the creature, a shocked expression on his face. He must've been as surprised as they were. He looked at the approaching helicopter then back at his teammates. That's when he noticed something. Barry was looking at him, giving him a knowing nod. Immediately, an angered look took over. He mouthed "What have you done?". Barry was now the confused one. Isn't this what the blonde had wanted? For the two teams to be demolished, wiped completely from the world?Wasn't that what he told Barry when he threatened to involve his family? Forced him to join his cruel games? It was what he wanted. The captain looked over his shoulder at Chris. It was because of him that his plans had changed. He could've done so many things while that they were in that nightmare of a place. But he didn't. All due to one man. It was hard to admit that Chris managed to change him. To stop his evil plans. So did he really want this? No, he didn't. He now wants to survive with Chris and both teams. Have those good times again. And to stop Umbrella with them. That's what he wanted. "We have to kill this thing before Brad gets here. It would be too dangerous for him to get close." Kenneth stated. It was risky since Chris wasn't awake. This may just be it. Would it had been better if Chris hadn't tried to change the past? "Let's get this done and over with." Captain Enrico mumbled. Jill looked over at Chris before looking back at Tyrant. She'd be lying if she said that she wasn't nervous. Rebecca aimed her gun, backing up a bit. "Rebecca?" Richard called, quickly earning her attention. He pointed at her side, making her look down. A paper stuck out of one of her vest pockets. She took it out, unfolding it then began to read what was written. 'That thing looks hard to beat but once you have the right stuff, it'll be somewhat easy. Jill and I made a plan before. Surprisingly unnoticed. She has all of the stuff you'll need. The weapons and information to beat the Tyrant. Keep your distance from that thing. And don't let Barry get near it no matter what. If you're reading this right now, I'm guessing that I somehow messed up or maybe you just found it early. Either way, I hope you defeat it. It has a few stages so don't be alarmed if it get's back up. Just listen to what Jill says. -Chris' Rebecca didn't know how Chris knew that this was going to happen. Rebecca looked at Jill, who was already looking at her, giving a quick nod. The two grabbed the things that they needed, considering that it wasn't all too far. "Guys, this is the plan." Jill spoke to the two teams, going over what needed to be done. (Tyrant is just standing there like 🧍) Wesker overheard the conversation that was obviously meant for most of them to hear. He wondered how they knew so much about Tyrant. Obviously Barry didn't say anything. His eyes moved over to Chris, who was still resting against his back. That had to be it. Chris must've known from the beginning. That would explain the hostility back in the office when the brunette had a high fever. When he was so afraid of him at first. Also the biggest clue, him researching Umbrella. He had to find out if it was true. There was only one way to find out. Of course the other would have to be awake. So this would have to wait for now. First, they needed to defeat Tyrant. He hoped that his comrades could do it. He believed in them. If they were able to make it this far, then they are capable, worthy. He'll just have to watch from a distance and hope for the best.

(Reee this was bizarre. I hope that you guys enjoyed this chapter! Thank you for reading! ^^)
