"Stop sulking." Chaeyoung joins her, the only brave person in the hotel that could approach her. "She likes dancing. I heard.""Yeah." She confirms nonchalantly.
"She dances gracefully."
She doesn't hide the way she watches Sana from across the room. How her simple dress moves perfectly with her body, her short hair that sways and her sweet smile.
"She's still mad?"
She nods. "W-we broke up."
"What? How could you break up when you're not—you know?" Chaeyoung scratches her head, confused. "Did you—"
"She doesn't want to do it anymore."
"Are you not happy? You don't need to pretend you love her." Chaeyoung yawns as she watches her coworkers enjoying the night.
"I don't know. I hurt her."
"Her reaction was normal. Your sister went overboard."
Tzuyu watches Sana enjoy herself like nothing happened. Dancing with Momo, Dahyun and Jihyo. Being goofy, and laughing at each other.
"She couldn't eat earlier. Mina asked me if you two have fought."
"Did she eat?"
"Yeah. Jihyo forced her."
Tzuyu nods.
"I saw your sister leave early in the morning with Nayeon."
"That's better. She didn't tell me she'd be here." Tzuyu sighs. "She created a huge mess here."
"Everyone was talking about her."
"Why? What did she do?"
"Because she's pretty." Chaeyoung notices the empty bottles of beer on the table. She sighs. "Don't drink too much. People are watching you."
"I don't know what to do. She doesn't want me around."
"Give her space."
"For how long?"
"As long as she needs it?"
"I don't think I could do that. I was supposed to move back to her apartment."
"What timing your sister had!" Chaeyoung chuckles quietly. She taps her friend's shoulder. "She will forgive you soon. You just wait."
Chaeyoung sees the look on her best friend's face while watching Sana. It's too pitiful. "Do you want me to help you?"
"If you want her to smack you. Go."
"Aish."
Chaeyoung nods, stealing the beer. "Your uncle had talked to Momo and Sana. I heard Nayeon apologized too before she left."
Maybe it's the alcohol, the music, or maybe because Sana looks so pretty in her dress and her new haircut. Or maybe she can't control herself anymore. Those kisses are to blame.
"You know why I left her apartment.."
"I don't. You never told me."
"Because I loved her."
"What?" Chaeyoung chuckles. "I think I misheard it, the music is kinda loud."
"I loved her, but she liked someone else."
"Shit." Chaeyoung grabs a bottle of beer and guzzles the alcohol down her throat. "Fuck." She exclaims. "You're not kidding, are you?"
"I'm not." Tzuyu smiles bitterly. "She still likes him."
