Xander

"You guys look cute." Jasmine looked at us. "I like your trousers, your jumper, your t-shirt, and your hoodie which I will definitely not take." She pointed at Michael, then Leo, then Alex, then me.

"You're not taking it." I replied, leaning back.

"I just said that." she said. I side-eyed her, as she giggled and hid her face in my arm, making me smile as I closed my eyes.

"He's sleeping, Jas." Mike said when she was resting her head on my shoulder so her head shot up, only to find me awake.

"εσυ σκύλα." I sighed. I don't what's up with this whole me sleeping thing. (you bitch.)

"Xander..." She whined, confusing me.

"Jasmine..." I matched her tone, making her hide a smile.

"Fucking go to sleep." she put her hands over my eyes. "Why do you not sleep around me?"

"He's insecure." Alex lied.

Oh for fucks sake.

Jas gasped and came closer to me "Xander..." she looked at me with genuine concern on her face. "Are you really? Don't be insecure about sleeping in front me." She moved a strand of hair out of my face. "It's just me. I don't care. I do, obviously. but you know." she loosely draped her arms over my shoulders.

Before I could say anything, she dropped her shoulders with a sigh "Xander...I'm sorry if I made you insecure." she slowly put her arms down with a small pout as her eyes began to water slightly.

I held back a smile and made her stand up and sit sideways on my lap. "Don't cry, my angel." I kissed the top of her head. "Don't listen to that ginger cunt. I'm not insecure. You definitely didn't make me insecure." I stroked her hair softly. "Cad a fuair tú uaidh sin?" I looked at Mike and Al who were hiding there smiles. Not at Jas crying. At the fact that they made me look like a little bitch. (What did you get from that?)

"Dejaste el control de la natalidad?" Leo asked her and she shook her head as her head was hidden in the crook of my neck. (did you stop birth control?)

"I do sleep around you, gorgeous." I said in a low voice. "I just always just coincidentally wake up before you."

Mostly true. I feel the need to make sure she's okay when she's asleep2

"You're telling the truth?" she looked up at me with slight tear stained cheeks. This woman. My goodness.

"Yes, my angel." I held a smile back.

"Okay!" she smiled, sitting up. "You know if you got stabbed in the armpit, you'll most probably never be able to use your arm again because that's where all your important nerves are."

"Dépholach" Michael said, making us smile. (Bipolar.)

"Shall we try it out on you?" Alex asked.

"I dare you." she smiled.

. . .

"Jas, you're going to tell me where you got those flowers from right now." I stopped Jas, holding back a smile.

"I asked your friend Sebastian to make someone bring them to every country we go to so I don't have to go buy them." she replied with an upside down smile.

I sighed with a smile and took her hand to lead her to my grandparent's house.

"Do I look okay?" she asked when we waited for someone to open the door.

'okay'. she underestimates how beautiful she is. She was wearing a very light brown t-shirt with normal brown sleeves and green cargos with her hair out. My goodness.
