Nene held up the book to her nose. It was so fascinating. She stared at it intently, almost like looking at a painting in awe.

Mr. Moon Man, titled the book.

"Nene...," Amane chuckled, amused at her silly demeanor.

"Oh, but it's so...I just can't believe it. It's really here!" she squealed, tugging Amane's arms.

"I mean, it's a bookstore. Where else would it have been, a thrift store?"

"Ha ha," she replied mockingly.

"You know, one of my students reminded me of you. He was so sentimental and was always in awe if everything. Physics may not be the right subject for him," Amane shook his head.

Nene positioned the book back on the shelf, taking one last look. "He sounds adorable. But, it's just that, this book means so much to me. Afterall, this story was kinda about us."

Amane could feel his heartstrings pulled. He placed his palm on her cheeks, while closing the distance between them. As his lips approached her ear, Nene felt a gush of wind into it.

It tickles!

"Hey!" she pushed Amane lightly.

"If our love story is so meaningful to you, then maybe we should hurry to the dress fitting. Do you want to show up as a regular radish in our wedding?" he gave her a quick peck.

"Crap, I forgot!"

The two lovebirds flew the scene, dashing through the streets. And so, Mr. Moon Man and the single, hopeless romantic writer are fading out. The memories of them are printed in Nene's novel. But, they'll go on a new identity, if you will, as partners in life.
