Our last night before we are all transferred to pearl harbour came around a lot quicker than i had anticipated because it meant that the possibility of bumping into danny became so much more real.
I was sat in my room packing some last pieces of my clothes into my bag ready for tomorow wen evelyn came rushing upstairs telling me that we were all to go out tonight because she wanted to spend her last night at a bar drinking, dancing and with rafe, this then lead to me being dragged out of the comfort of my room onto a dusty train to the city to meet Rafe and ... Danny.
As we stepped off of the train Rafe was standing there waiting for Evelyn before engulping her into the largest hug i had ever seen and swinging her round in the air. I stood there admiring the two of them together when i felt a warm muscular hand touching my shoulder. I jerked because i knew exactly who it was.
"Amelia can we talk ? "
"what's there to talk about Danny, you left me and when you did that you knew that it would break me, before you show up here again with my brother and then you see me and want to talk. "
"I am sorry about leaving you but I didn't have a choice I was going to fight and didn't know if I would make it back again. "
"look Danny I don't have time for this right now my brother said he had something to tell me before we all go to Hawaii. "
Instantly I saw his face go pale like a ghost as if he knew that what my brother was about to tell me was gonna break me even more than I already was.
