I was sitting at the back of the class doing my work. I'm not sure who decided adding letters in math would be a good idea but they need a life time sentence for it.

As i was working on the same problem from 10 minutes ago i felt my phone buzz. i grabbed it from my pocket and saw i got a message on snap from 'DD❤️'.

He a boy i been talking to for about 3 months now. we ain't official since we haven't seen eachother in person yet.

See, i live in Florida and he live in New York. we met on instagram and been talking to eachother ever since. we know what eachother look like but we both decided to not make things official until we see eachother in person. ever since we agreed to that i been begging my mom to let me go to NY, but its always a no.

i smiled and turned off my phone. i continued with my work before i had to turn it in.

3 in a half hours later

it was finally the end if the day and i was on the bus going home. i was scrolling on tiktok trying to find a storytime or a makeup fixing video or something satisfying but all i saw were edits of dd and ddot.

i turned my phone off as the bus stopped at my stop and got off. i started to walk home while listening to music. once i got there i unlocked the door and walked in.

"Y/N!" my mom shouted.

"YES?" i shouted back as i started to walk upstairs.
