Trigger warnings - syringe, blood, self harm, flashbacks or past memories, throwing up, knives

Y/n POV

I woke up on something less comfortable.

I could hear a slight beeping noise. I woke up to a bright light above my head.

I winced.

"Can you turn it down, they don't like bright lights." Ranboo said in a hushed voice.

The doctor turned it down and saw the pain I was in.

"Another lot of pain medication, they clearly have worn off."

I felt a warm hand slightly bigger than mine.

Boos. He was trying to reassure me.

That when I realised what they were doing.

Injecting me with something, like the guards did.

I didn't want it and shot up our of the bed as quick as my bruised body allowed me to.

This time a real sense of nausea washed over me. I held my stomach and wined.

"Do you feel sick y/n?"

I nodded and I was given a bag . I proceeded to throw my guts out into the bag.

That was when I felt something in my arms and I drowsily looked over to my arm, where I could feel the pain.

A needle.

In my arm.

Putting something on there.

Panic flooded my face as I looked up at boo and the doctor and cried.

I didn't want to go back, but that was enough to.

Flashback

 "Y/n , come over here."

I looked at the guard. He wore a longer coat than the other guards and had a syringe.

I just failed my training session and then proceeded to lose the fight that they were counting on me winning.

I looked into his cruel eyes. A smile only meaning the worst could happen.

I made one step forward and he grabbed at me.

Injecting multiple things into me with different syringes. They hurt worse and worse as he kept going until he got to th last one labelled 'T '.

I squeezed my eyes shut before falling into unconsciousness.

I made my way back to reality and was breathing heavily. Tears staining the not so innocent face of mine.

"Y/n. Y/n please can you look at me. We aren't back at the facility. That's was to help with the pain."

I calmed down much more seeing that we were in the hospital room again.

" I want to go home boo. "

"Y/n, you know we can't go back home . Come on the nice police officer is here Nancy, she said that she will be able to get us to an orphanage."

I nodded and was helped out of bed .

"I'm sorry about that. I didn't know if I could have given you the medicine. I knew it would help you feel better. "

I just stared at the doctor seeing the one from my vision for a split second.

I used boo as a support and made my way to the police officer.

"How are you feeling?" I looked at her and smiled a small smile.

" I threw up , but I feel a bit better now. Can we go home? " I asked her

"Y/n ranboo has been speaking with me and I know what happened. come sit. I'll show you what I mean."

I sat down on the chair next to her and the news flashed on.

Breaking news

An influx of seemingly injured children in the city of Brighton has been reported. A boy and his sibling were found at a shop where they were soon escorted to the hospital to tend to be multiple wounds.

We spoke with the boy and the officer who turned up to the scene.

"They had moved us from all the way in America, we we didn't know what was going on but they hurt us for years until a week ago when we escaped."

The boy struggled but was able to give the police a location and th we are the horrific pictures we have of the facility the thousands of children were out in.

According to the boy "they were extracting something form us, we had it and they would make sure everyday we could be wired up to a machine where they would drain it from our systems."

After close  inspection we have found out that the popular use of medication ' veiniscima ' (idk? Made.It up, I hope it's not something real) contained the nutrients and minerals of the young children because they contained many more than an adult and were easier to get control of.

Apparently The harsh conditions that the body was put through produced something called veinia , a key part to the medication. The reason this whole thing started, was because the corporation wanted money.

If you see any injured kids in the area of Brighton please call the police as soon as possible and contact your local orphanages.

Thank you . Back to the scheduled news.

I stared at the TV in disbelief.

The truth was out .

They would find the people I killed.

I'm going to live the rest of my life in prison with boo left all alone...
