Have we got a deal?

I get ready for school head downstairs and grab my bag, pop the toast out the toaster and take a bite "okay I'm off" I say.
"Okay sweetheart, I'll meet you at the hospital after school?" I nod "I'll be a bit later tho because I have an after school thing"
"An after school thing?" He says looking confused. "Yeah it's like a tutor thing, you know with exams coming up?" I reply and he nods. "Anyways I got to go," I kiss his cheek say bye to my sister and leave for school.

School goes slower than ever, it's hard to focus properly with everything going on, the stress with the exams and with my mother. The bell finally rings for home and that means one thing. Josh Adams. I grab my bag and get up to leave. "Hey you wanna grab food?" Mollie asks me. "I can't, I'm seeing my mum, but I can tomorrow" I smile and walk off.

"Cmon Josh where are you" I say walking back on fourth. I'm stood at our meeting point in the park, I wanted somewhere more public but Josh said it'll only bring attention to him which I understand, snapped out of my thoughts I see Josh heading over "finally what took you so long" I say. "Darling it's 3.03, that eager to see me aye?" he laughs and I exchange a death stare. "Anyways, let's get to the point" I reply.
"Yes let's shall" he says "so you changed your mind?"
"Yeah, I had time to think, I'll do it" I say which makes him look shocked "really?" He says in a confused voice. "Yeah what's the worse that can happen? You'll fix your reputation and I'll... get into Harvard" I smile slightly. "Okay 3 month relationship he says holding his hand out.
"Oh there's a catch" I say catching him off guard. "Right of course there is, why wouldn't there be" I look at him smiling "I'll be your fake girlfriend, I'll go on dates, hold your hand whatever, but I want double the money" I say and his facial expression changes
"20k???" He raises an eyebrow
"20k or no deal? What's it gonna be?"
He thinks for a second before replying "fine 20k it is...but" I look at him not knowing what he's about to say "if we're doubling the money we also double the time, 20k for 6 months instead of 3, that way it'll help the numbers for when I tour, so what do you say do we have a deal?" he stands holding his hand out
I roll my eyes and shake his hand "deal" I say and he smiles and pulls me in for a hug. "Ugh don't make me regret this" i say making him laugh.

I leave the park and head to the hospital when I arrive I go sit with my mum whilst my dad gets something to eat. "I'm going to get you help" I say whispering as she's asleep, my dad returns with a coffee and a sandwich he got me one also. "Hey dad?" I say looking at him as he sits down into a seat. "Yeah?" He replies sipping his coffee. "I got a job, it's really good pay" I smile. "Fantastic well done"
"I mean what I said, I'm going to help get mum that treatment" he says nothing just smiles.
