Margaret

I turn around to see Danny runny towards us. "Great, you're still here," he huffs. "What now Danny?" I ask. No matter what, he's always in some sort of trouble. "I lost my watch and I need to see my memory to find out where it is," he says, reaching forehead key in my hand. Retracting my hand, I roll my eyes. "I'm in the middle of a tour and I'm not going to just give you the keys so that I can get my ass handed to me," I hiss, putting them in my pocket.

I turn around to see Klaus and Hayley looking at us amused. "Mr. and Mrs. Mikealson. Meet my brother... Daniel," I grumble. "Just call us Hayley and Klaus," Hayley says with a look of disgust as Klaus laughs.

"Don't you have magic or wolf class or something?" I groan, causing Klaus and Hayley to look at us shocked. "What do you mean 'magic or wolf?' How can you have both?" Klaus ask. "Danny and I are tribrids. Witch, werewolf and vampire. Though we haven't unlocked our vampire sides yet," she says.

"How is that even possible?" Klaus ask. "My mom said you made a bunch of hybrids in the past. Guess she got with one," I shrug. He's about to say something else when Hayley interrupts. "We should get going to the house," she says grabbing his arm and dragging him out.

Klaus P.O.V

"What's wrong?" Hayley ask. "I knew their mother. That ring that she's wearing was a gift from me. Sophia and I were still together when I created my hybrids. My hybrids were sired so they couldn't have had an affair with her. What if..." Hayley looks at me shocked. "You're the mystery hybrid," she finishes.

"I need to see Sophia now," I say urgently, pulling out my phone. Dialing Caroline's number I wait until she picks up. "Hey Klaus," she says. I can tell by her tone that she's busy. "I just met the twins. Margaret and Daniel Collymore and I need to talk to Sophia," I say. " I can't let you do that. Sophia's been locked up for years," she says.

I stare at the phone in shock. "What did she do?" I ask. Sophia would never hurt a fly. Well, not when I was with her. She would always smile and was always happy. I left her in order to protect her. My work was too dangerous for her. "This isn't something to discuss over the phone. Meet me at the grill," she tells me.

Hanging up, Hayley and I nod. We meet Caroline at the grill by the bar. "What is this about Caroline," I ask, planting a friendly kiss to her forehead. "Sophia Collymore is locked up for attempted murder," she says, causing me to look at her in pure shock. "Who did she try to kill?" Hayley ask. "That's the troubling part. She tried to kill Margaret," she says.

My eyes widen in shock. Is this why Hope told me not to ask. "When the twins were born, Margaret's power went unchecked on her 10th birthday. A power wave hit Sophia and she became power hungry after feeling such a shock. She wanted more so she made a plan to use Daniel and Margaret and drain them of all magic, killing them in the end. She could only get a hold of Margaret since Daniel was away on a trip in Germany with us to help control his temper with a werewolf therapist. The only way for the spell to work was torture. And that's what she did. She put Margaret through hell for an entire month just to weaken her. Eventually, we found her and brought her in," Caroline says sadly, causing me to look at her horrified.

"Oh my god. She was just a child," Hayley says. "Caroline, do you think theirs any chance I'm the twins father?" I ask. Caroline looks at us shocked. "She said she had an affair with with one of your hybrids. Margaret keeps her old journals though. Maybe you can sneak and and take them. I would ask but the twins can't go through no more trauma. They have trust issues. Definitely Daniel. Ever since the day we found her, he's been protective of Margaret. He made it his life mission to keep her safe. They won't let you in easily," she says.

"I'll ask Hope. Thanks," I smile.
