Klaus
Deciding to stick around for a while, Hayley and I are exploring more of the school that we didn't see with Margaret. As we are walking past the gym, the sound of a grunts and yells catches our attention.
I open the door just in time for Margaret to fly past me with two wooden training poles in her hand. Hitting the wall, she looks up at Daniel-the one I suppose who threw her- and laughs.
"I told you I would win," he calls back."well, this morning you snapped at a random person and we need to get this pent up rage out of you," she says, standing up. She gives us a quick glance before going back onto the arena.
Alaric enters the room next and shakes his head. "Judging by your reaction, this is normal?" Hayley ask. "Daniel has extreme anger issues. In solution, him and Margaret find time to train to let go some of that pent up emotion before he snaps again," Alaric tells us.
"What do you mean by 'again?'" I ask. "Last year, Daniel got into this really bad fight. He broke the guys nose and three ribs," Alaric explained, causing us to look at him shocked.
"Daniel is the strongest werewolf in the school. While him and Margaret were raised together, Margaret exceeded him in magic and Daniel exceeded her in the werewolf category. Though, that doesn't mean Margaret's not a strong werewolf. She comes in second along with Hope." she explains.
We look back up to the fight to see things getting faster.
(Just the fight)
"They're good," Hayley mentions. I nod in agreement, watching the two fight. Margaret trips Daniel up last second, point the stick to his chest. "And that's a win for me," she smirks. "Yeah, yeah," Daniel chuckles.
Margaret offers him a hand for him to take. Taking it, Daniel pretends to pull himself up when he flips her over his shoulder. "Aah, you bitch," she groans, causing him to laugh.
Looking up at me, Daniels smile fades. He gives me a harsh glare before walking over to his bag before walking out. Hiding my hurt, I sigh. "Just give him time," Margaret shouts, still on the floor.
"You ever gonna get up?" Hayley laughs. "Nah, I think I'm good," she jokes, folding her arms behind her head. "If it makes you feel any better you were doing good until he swept the floor with you," I chuckle, reaching out to give her a hand. Grabbing it, she allows me to pull her up.
"Daniel's the the warrior. I'm better off with magic," she says. "Obviously," Hayley jokes. "Hey, I had him for a moment," she puts out with a proud look as she walks over to grab her bag. Looking down at her phone, Hayley sighs. "I've got to go. See you two later," she says, Ric not far behind.
Raising her hand, her bag magically flies to her. Catching it, I hand her the house bottle. She gives me a grateful look before drinking it. Looking down at the watch on her wrist, she sighs. "Crap, I'm gonna be late to magic ed," she sighs.
"What a coincidence. That's one of my classes to sit. In on today," I say. "Why are you two doing all this? I mean, going around the school?" She ask
"I want to be more involved with Hope and now you and your brother as well. I want to see what's so great about this place. Plus, I know how OCD Caroline is and I want to see just what she's done with the place. I remember how excited she was to build the place. I was one of the first people she called. Told me Hope was gladly welcome," I explain, causing her to nod. "Ms. Forbes has always been like that. After my mother's passing, she took me and Daniel in like we were her own," Margaret smiles fondly.Margaret pulls on her hoodie over her leggings and rushes to class with me behind her. Opening the door, the teacher glares at us. "You're late," the man growls. "Sorry sir, I got caught up," Margaret sighs.
"And that's my problem how?" The teacher ask in a complete bitchy attitude. Rolling her eyes, Margaret sends him a sharp glare. "Did I blame you?" She sasses and the whole room goes silent. Well, damn. The teacher looks at her flabbergasted.
Huffing, Market sits down in her chair. Pulling one out, I sit in the back of the class and observe the class. Sitting down beside a girl who I believe is Caroline's daughter. Josette, I believe, the two begin to whisper in the back of the class as the two talk to eachother. The two obviously have a crush on eachother.
"Ms. Collymore, since you have so much to say, how about you come read two pages to the class," the teachers says. He just has it out for her, doesn't he? Rolling her eyes, Margaret takes her book and walks upfront. From what I've heard, it's fictional book about a witch with too much power to control.
Sarah cries in pain as her heart beat slows. "You've used too much magic," Jack gasp, placing his hand on her chest." Tears fall from Sarah's eyes as she feels her last breathes arriving shortly. She begins to panick. It's only now that she's realizing how little of a life that she's actually had-"
The teacher interrupts her. "As you can see class, Sarah's angry at Jack for he is the reason she used so much magic and is trying to decide whether she wants to live or die," he says. The whole class, including me looks at him like he's crazy. That's not at all what happened. Where is he getting this. Margaret flips through her book in confusion.
Please don't tell me this guy is one of those Looney teachers who don't know a thing of what they're talking about. Margaret huffs and sits down in her seat. The teacher starts teaching again and Josie and her start up their conversation again like they didn't just get in trouble for it a moment ago.
