Shadow was happy with the greeting and went to sit down to eat his meal with Sonic, then asked before he took a bite.
Sonic: Now that it's the end of the day, may I go home now, master
Shadow looked at his maid and just smirked, saying in a smug tone.
Shadow: What are you talking about? You're staying here to serve me for the month, remember?
Sonic was frustrated by the reply and dropped his maid act to yell at Shadow, demanding that he wanted to go home.
Sonic: NO, THAT WAS NOT THE DEAL, SHADOW. I WANT TO GO HOME!
Shadow: And as your master, I say you can't. Remember that you must obey every order I give you, so go run me a bath, and I will be up there after the meal you so kindly made for me
Sonic: Tsk, Fine! Whatever, master, "I knew I should have put poison in your food"
Sonic storms upstairs and into the bathroom to fill the tub with warm water as Shadow eats his meal.
About 20 minutes later, Shadow went upstairs into the bathroom and saw that the bath was filled, and Sonic was about to walk past him, but Shadow grabbed his arm and stopped him.
Sonic: Yes, master, what do you want? He said in a frustrated tone, not being able to look at him
Shadow: You're my maid, are you not? ......I need you to wash me
Sonic: ...... really?!
Shadow: Get used to it because you will be doing the same thing every night till this deal is over, so get back in here
Sonic grunted in annoyance as he went back in and waited for Shadow to take his glove and skates off and jump in the bath with Sonic, ready with a sponge and soap, and started to scrub his back.
After about 10 minutes of silence, Sonic was cleaning Shadow, who was enjoying the process of having his spikes scrubbed. Shadow felt completely satisfied with Sonic's work.
shadow: ahh, this is nice, you know, for a hero, you have really gentle hands
Sonic: Thank you, master. Am I done now?
Shadow: Yes, you may go, and you can sleep in the spare room or if you like, with-
Sonic: GOODNIGHT, MASTER!
Sonic ran out of the bathroom before Shadow could finish speaking, making him huff to himself as he mumbled 'spoilsport' and went back to relax in the tub.
Sonic, on the other hand, ran to the spare room and quickly took off the maid's uniform, throwing it onto the floor as he hurried to the mirror. He wiped off the makeup he had on and then threw himself onto the bed, not even bothering to sort out his quills, which were still down. After the day he had, he fell asleep in annoyance, remembering what Shadow was about to say to him before leaving him in the tub.

The next morning:
The sonic alarm was ringing, announcing that it was 6 AM. He sluggishly turned it off and, feeling reluctant, got out of bed and put his maid costume back on. He then made his way downstairs into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Shadow, who would be waking up in 30 minutes.
Sonic prepared simple toast, bacon, and an egg with a mug of coffee, and Shadow walked downstairs to see that he had just finished making it.
shadow: Good morning, maid
Sonic: Good morning, master
Sonic placed the toast on the table with a sigh, his expression flat and unamused. The golden-brown bread sat there, slightly crisped at the edges, contrasting with his lack of enthusiasm as he turned away.
Shadow went up to Sonic and was right in front of him, if he would sit down and eat with him
Sonic: I will eat when you're gone, master
Shadow: But how can I when it's my day off from work
Shadow said as he smirks at the teen, making Sonic pout
Sonic: Then go out with Rouge, then
Shadow: nah, I'd rather stay at home today, so sit down and eat. You have a long day today, and you need to eat
Sonic: Long day?
Shadow: Yes, I need you to help me relax today by serving me hand and foot, also, your master wishes to be amused
Sonic: Am I a jester now?
Sonic's unamused expression turned to a worried one, fearing that this was going to be worse than the day before.
Sonic: And what do you plan to make me do today? Master
Shadow: I don't know yet, you will have to wait till I think of something for you to do
Sonic felt like a deer caught in headlights as they sat down and started eating, with Shadow just watching his every move, thinking of what he should do to the teen next.

Later:
After nearly a full day of cleaning, making his lunch, and serving him coffee all day, with Shadow using his phone to take a few pictures of Sonic as he was doing his job, Sonic demanded that they get deleted, but Shadow used it as blackmail on Sonic, just in case he decided to cancel out of the deal.
Sonic: Come on, Shadow! I'm doing what I'm told, what more do you want from me
Shadow: It's Master Shadow, and you and I know that you would try to get out of this before the end of the month, so I need something to show all your friends if you do
Sonic: But everyone already saw me like this, but they luckily think I'm just a female who looks like me
Shadow: I know, that's why I'm recording this conversation right now as proof that it's you with that annoying voice of yours
Shadow chuckled at Sonic's reaction when he noticed that he had been pointing the phone at him the whole time.
Sonic: Oh no, you wouldn't dare he said with fear in his voice
Shadow: Who knows, do you want me to
Sonic: HECK NO, DON'T YOU DARE!..... I'll just die if anyone finds out!
Shadow stops the recording and shows him the video.
Sonic began to imagine what everyone would say if they saw the video. He shook his head and told the older male that he was a terrible master as he hung his head in shame. Meanwhile, Shadow sat back on the couch, watching TV, with Sonic standing behind him, rubbing his shoulders as instructed by his master. Suddenly, Sonic's attention was caught by the news, where he saw that Eggman was attacking again.
Sonic: Oh, look at that, Eggman is attacking the city. I'd better go and save the day
Sonic stopped what he was doing and ran upstairs to the spare room, took his uniform off, fixed his quills quickly, then put on his sneakers, and ran out the door with Shadow shouting to him, saying to come back with some snacks when he returns.
