It's 2am as I'm laying at the corner of our bed, while Micah is sleeping soundly, I couldn't help but not sleep. Maybe it was that coffee I had earlier.

I keep shifting around at my side of the bed, accidentally waking up Micah who flickers his eyes open concerned.

"Angel..? What're you doing? It's so late at night." he rises his head.

"Oh, sorry. I just can't sleep."

He gently caresses your hand and makes his way up to your face, "Did something happen?" he asks. He looks at you and hovers the thick soft blanket over both of you and caresses your face, while tucking your hair back.

"Nothings wrong, maybe it was the coffee I had earlier or something. Just extra energy, I think."

Micah starts tracing parts over your face with the surface of his thumb to hopefully make you fall a sleep. You shut your eyes closed and he hovers his thumb over your eyelids softly, make you feel light as you slowly drift to sleep.

He comes closer to you and starts cuddling you to sleep. While he plays around with your hair, you finally give in and fall asleep.

"Goodnight angel, I love you."
