It was a normal day in Bikini Bottom for everyone. SpongeBob and Patrick were making ruckus as usual, Squidward was his grumpy self, Mr. Krabs was making money, and Sandy was inventing a new machine.
SpongeBob and Patrick run around in circles which annoys Squidward.
Squidward: (yelling loud) Will you two please shut up!!!!
SpongeBob: Ok...
Patrick: Fine....
Squidward: (angry) Thank you, now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to paint. If I hear another peep from you, I'm gonna tie your mouths closed!
Squidward slams his window.
SpongeBob: Gee Patrick, do you think we always act like this?
Patrick: Based on Squidward's face, I'd say yes.
SpongeBob: Maybe Squidward's right, we should stop annoying him.
Squidward overhears the conversation.
Squidward: (intrigued) What was that I heard?
SpongeBob: Me and Pat want to apologize for all the times we annoyed you. We were just oblivious and we wanna thank you for helping us realize we were doing it. We are terrible neighbors.
Squidward: It's okay. I actually think your good neighbors. Sure you act like immature adults but what do I know, I was like you once.
SpongeBob: Really?! Oh tell me! Oh tell me!
Patrick: Me too! Me too!
Squidward: I was about your ages when I lived in a condo after moving out of my mother's house.
He continues the story...
Squidward: ... and that's why I've always hated your immature acts. I felt embarrassed about telling anyone I was like you imbeciles that I've built up anger over the years.
SpongeBob: It's okay Squidward! Your our friend! I'd keep it a secret.
Squidward: Really?
SpongeBob: Well I may only tell Sandy and Krabs it but other than that your secret is safe with me and Pat.
Patrick: Yep!
Goddard shows up while Jimmy calls him.
Jimmy: SpongeBob, are you there?
SpongeBob: Jimmy! Oh how good is it to see you old friend! What's the matter?
Jimmy: Plankton has reunited with the Evil Syndicate which now has three new members and plans to conquer the world!
SpongeBob: Plankton will never learn! He must be stopped!
Jimmy: That's why I need you to come to my lab and I'll explain everything.
SpongeBob: Okay! Could you send me a portal?
Jimmy: Of course!
Jimmy sends the portal and Goddard transports back to his lab.
SpongeBob: Patrick, Squidward, notify Sandy and the others about Plankton and keep everyone safe until I get back to stop him!
Squidward and Patrick: On it!
SpongeBob enters the portal.
