Pharmacy

"Are you sure about this Dandara? I think it's too dangerous."

Tyler says as he lowers the woman to the floor, the city has it's asphalt and buildings covered by snow, The cold it's almost unbearable, everything it's weirdly silent and empty. Dandara stops in front of a pharmacy, she turns to Tyler and says with a small smile on her face

" Well, Ayana needs medicine for pain, if I don't do this she will agonize in pain, plus, you're here, I know that we are safe, there must be no one who can hurt us here anyway."

Tyler stares at the woman, he then checks Ayana curled up in his pocket, her breath is short and painful, her eyebrows frowned with discomfort

" Yeah. . . She needs it. . ."

" I'll be right back."

Dandara enters the pharmacy. Inside was cold and a bit dark, the woman's steps echoed from how empty the place was, she walks trough the halls, looking at every dusty shelf, until she finally find the wanted medicine

" Tylenol! My baby will get better!"

She celebrates as she brings her hand closer to the medicine, but from the other side of the shelf, a hand grabs her wrist tightly, the woman starts to panic, trying to pull back and free her arms, but the male hand it's stronger, and pulls her closer, she puts her hand on the shelf, shaking it and making the medicines fall on the floor

" Just give up woman! Fighting is useless! There's no one who can save you from me!"

The cracky and deep voice says menacingly, Dandara uses her free hand to grab her gun in her bag, she points it at the man on the other side and shoots his arm, freeing herself and falling on her back

" YOU FUCKING BITCH! MY ARM!!"

The man screams with anger, the woman takes the medicine on the floor and puts in her bag quickly, but before she could get up, the roof from the pharmacy is ripped off brutally and noisily, Dandara curls on the floor protecting her head with her arms, the man looks up in horror staring at giant yellow eyes, Tyler towers the pharmacy, his big shadow covers almost all the place, he frowns his eyebrows with annoyance and anger, even his eyes being a bright yellow, his gaze was colder than the snow

" S-Shit. . ."

The man whispers while backing away, but is quickly grabbed by the giant massive hand, Tyler brings the human closer to his face with a tight grip that makes the grown man scream with pain and desperation

" PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE! I BEG YOU!"

Tyler brings the man closer to his mouth, and bites his head off, starting to chew the rest of the man's body, Dandara watches terrified, her eyes open wide as she stares at the giant eating the man with no mercy

" T-Tyler. . . W-What are you doing?. . ."

She ask with a shaky voice while trembling a lot, the giant swallows, and then looks at the woman, she feels a shiver down her spine, the cold wind against her face, she feels the adrenaline kicking in for her to run, but she can't

" I-Is Ayana okay?. . . Tyler how is Ayana?"

She gets up weakly, the giant stares at her with a malicious grin on his face, he proceeds to grab her, bringing the woman to his eye level, she struggles a bit,  the woman stares at his big yellow pair of eyes

" Your eyes. . . "

the giant tightens his grip, making Dandara more desperate

" T-Tyler you're hurting me! Stop it! Tyler!"

" Dandara?. . ."

The giant frowns his eyebrows in confusion, the yellow in his eyes starts to fade, he shakes his head and looks at the scared and trembling woman, and feels the taste from the blood in his mouth, the giant widens his eyes

" Oh God what did I. . .I. . .I ate someone. . . That's terrible I shouldn't had done that. . ."

He covers his mouth while looking down, the giant feels disgusted with himself, trying to wipe the blood from his mouth with his arm, he then looks at the woman, with an anguished look, and then presses her against his face

" I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. . . I didn't mean to hurt you I. . .I just wanted to protect but I lost control again. . .I'm really sorry Dandara. . . I-I didn't wanted you to see this. . ."

" I-It's okay Tyler, I'm alright. . . It was scary but. . .You protected me, I don't know if I would escape from that guy with only a shoot."

She says with tiny shy smile, the giant stares at her, and then kisses her head, his warm and soft lips covers Dandara's entire face, Tyler kisses her again and again, pressing the woman against his lips, he brings her to his eye level, then says softly

" I got so worried when I heard the gunshot, I thought something bad happened to you. . ."

" A guy grabbed my arm when I was getting the tylenol on the shelf, so I used my gun to shoot his arm, and I got the medicine. "

She smiles while holding her bag

" Oh! That's amazing my darling! "

The giant kisses her again, the woman chuckles while feeling warmth in her face, and then asks

" How is she?"

" She's sleeping in my pocket. . . I'm glad that I forgot her there while I was out of control."

He puts his fingers inside his pocket, and takes them out with Ayana still sleeping on his palm, she snores softly

" It's amazing how she didn't woke up this whole time."

The giant gives the child to Dandara, the woman hugs her

" She still burning with fever. . ."

She says with worry on her face, Tyler puts both of them in his pocket, he places his hand over them, and says in a deep but soft tone

" Let's get back home so we can take care of her."

Dandara feels his chest vibrating as he speaks, and then feels him moving, he started to walk his way back home, the woman smiles while hugging her daughter, and closes her eyes feeling the warmth from that place.
