Vance opens the door for Marilyn as the two walk into his favorite place.

"Hey Ms. Beckett." Vance says waving to the woman.

Ms. Beckett's head raises from the packets of chips she was putting on the shelf neatly, sending a bright smile to the boy and girl.

"Hello dears." She says before placing the last packet on the shelf before clapping her hands. "Oh, Marilyn I finished that little thing you asked me to do." Ms. Beckett walks over to the counter.

Marilyn looks at Vance.

"You go ahead, I'll be at the pinball machine." Vance says and she nods before walking iver to the woman, Vance smiling in her direction before making his way over to the machine.

Marilyn smiles at the woman as she pulls out the necklace and bracelet, each holding a half of her butterfly.

"I kind of figured who you were going to gift the bracelet to, so I made it more his style." The old woman whispers lightly before handing over the pieces of jewelry.

Marilyn grabs the chain of her necklace before ring it up and placing it around her neck, locking it in place.

She grabs the bracelet and looks over it as a small smile cascades over her features.

It was definitely more his style than hers. A brown leather sort of material tightly plated into a thin chain looking line, the other half of her butterfly dangling from the middle of the tied bracelet.

Marilyn honestly didn't know how the woman made it. Plats are easy to do when the pieces you're working with are thick. But these strands were thin, probably the same thickness as her chain each. The way Ms. Beckett braided them with her hands is unknown to the girl.

"This is perfect." Marilyn says before placing it in her pocket making a mental note on giving it to the person when she had time to. "Thank you so much Ms. Beckett."

The woman shrugs, waving her hand in a its whatever motion.

"Now go. Vance is waiting for you." Ms. Beckett teases, smirking lightly as she makes eye contact with the blond who was waiting for Marilyn to come back.

Vance's eyes widen slightly as he realizes the woman had caught him, quickly turning around to face the machine, a small blush covering his features.

"Alright, what are we gonna do?" Vance turns back around to the sound of Marilyn's voice, a smirk covering his features.

"Well, I was thinking pinball but I know your boring ass doesn't like it. So I think we should just grab some snacks and watch a movie." Vance shrugs.

Marilyn nods, sending the boy a smile before grabbing his hand and dragging him to the candy isle.

"That sounds like an amazing plan."

Once the two had picked out their snacks, they make their way towards the counter, hands filled with all types of unhealthy food.

Ms. Beckett raises her eyebrow at the two making both teens look at eachother with small smiles.

"And your finest pack of cigarettes please." Vance says, leaning on the little space left on the counter.

Ms. Beckett sends a bored look to the boy before shaking her head before ignoring the boy completely, grabbing the candy and placing them in the bag.

"Worth a shot." Vance mutters before both Marilyn and him reach for their wallets.

Vance is quick to grab the girls hand, shaking his head. "I've got this."
