Ranboo was always very observant of the people around him, especially the ones he loves, Ranboo took in everything about a person. Even the small things, he knew most about Tommy, Tubbo, Techno and Micheal. He would remember things like Tubbos favourite flower or how Tommy likes knitting sweaters and teddies so Ranboo always collects wool to give him so he can use it. How Micheal snorts different ways to communicate with non piglin speakers, even how Technoblade has a soft spot for his animals. Yes Ranboo forgets a lot but he can remember a few things, the things he subconsciously deems the most important. These memories of the small things listed before have clearly dragged on to the ghost of Ranboo and Tubbo doesn't like it cause it makes him think of Ranboo. And to Tubbo, Ghostboo feels like he trying to replace Ranboo or even BE Ranboo, that's a major reason Tubbo hates Ghostboo.
