"I would just like to tell you something" Harry said mysteriously. "What?, you can tell me anything"

"I love you", "aww, I love you too" Louis replied. "Now kiss me you fool" Harry said cutely.

Louis and Harry spent the day relaxing together at home. Liam, Niall and Zayn came by to see how Harry was doing and to spend some time with them. It was a nice day, and they all enjoyed each other's company.

All the boys ended up staying overnight and they had a blast. Harry was pleased to see that things were returning to normal as much as possible.

Harry learned to adapt to his life with epilepsy and the medication wasn't as much of a burden anymore. Though it wasn't easy, he had some good days and some bad days but Louis was always there for him.

~a week later~

The boys were getting ready for their first show since Harry's diagnosis. He was feeling pretty nervous but still excited nonetheless.

"I'm happy to be touring again" Niall said as he put on his pants, "the week off was nice, but I missed the feeling of being onstage". "I totally agree with you" Liam said.

Zayn sat down on the bench and put his arm around Harry's back, "hey, you okay?" he asked. Harry replied, "Yeah, I'm just a little nervous". "I understand but I think you will do great out there" Zayn said, as he stood up to have someone fix his mic. "Yeah but what if something goes wrong?" Harry said.

Louis came in and overheard the conversation. "Harry, if anything happens, you know we're all going to be there for you" Louis said comforting him.

After getting got up on stage, they went out on stage. They felt the adrenaline coursing through their veins after hearing the crowd go wild.

The show started out great. Everyone was having fun and things were progressing normally. Waterfights, reading fan signs, making jokes, singing...etc.

However, when they were singing their last song 'Best Song Ever', Harry started feeling weird; stranger than he had ever felt before.

Zayn placed a hand on Harry's back, "you alright?" he queried. Harry responded shakily, "I- I feel weird."

"Are you sure you want to stay on stage for the last song?" Zayn asked. "I think I can handle it" Harry said. "Are you positive?" Zayn pressed. Harry nodded in response.

He did manage to get through the song. But when the boys were exiting the stage, Harry suddenly collapsed and fell down the few stairs, hitting his head on the floor.

His body started shaking and convulsing uncontrollably. "Oh shit" Louis said as he began turning Harry to his side with the help of Liam. "Timer is on!" Niall said.

"How much time has passed?" Louis inquired after a few minutes had elapsed. "3 minutes and 46 seconds" Niall responded.

"baby it's okay, it's okay, you're okay, you're so brave, you're doing really good" Louis said, fighting the urge to touch his fiancè.

"4 minutes 12 seconds" Niall said, looking at the timer. Harry's body was still in constant motion, his limbs convulsing and shaking uncontrollably.

"I'm going to get a medic," Zayn said as he took off running. After Harry's seizure subsided and he started coming to, Louis said, "hey baby, it's okay. You just had a seizure. Just take it easy."

Harry scanned his surroundings, dazed. His vision was marred by a hazy blurriness. He involuntarily spasmed again. "He's having another seizure!" Liam cried out.
