For some inexplicable reason, Harry sprinted to the restroom and locked the door as soon they arrived backstage. The boys got really worried.

"Harry, are you okay?" Liam asked through the door. "Baby please answer" Louis said. There was a long silence and then Harry's shaky voice replied, "I don't know" .

The boys tried to open the door but it was locked. They were about to break it down when Harry finally opened the door. He had a panicked look in his eyes and he was sweating buckets.

"What happened?" Niall asked concerned. "I don't know, I don't know...I feel so weird...I can't stop shaking" Harry said, panicking. Tears streamed down his face.

Louis comforted Harry by wrapping his arm around him as he sat down, saying "it's okay, baby. You were really great out there." Zayn nodded in agreement, adding "Yeah you were really good!".

"Hey, did you see that sign that said 'I bet your hair isn't the only thing that's long'?" Liam said in an attempt to make Harry chuckle - and it worked. "Yeah I bet Louis can prove that one to be true" Niall joked. Harry gave a small smile and wiped his tears with his sleeve.

Harry allowed Louis to help him stand up. The boys started getting ready to go home by gathering their belongings and putting on their coats and shoes.

After Louis and Harry got home, they decided to just chill for a bit and then started watching TV in their bedroom. "Louis?" Harry said, his voice laced with fear. Louis turned to look at him and immediately noticed the terror on his fiancé's face. "What's wrong, love?" he asked gently.

"I-...I...I have the same weird feeling a-...again..." Harry replied with a shaky voice. Harry was shaking and close to tears. Louis soothed him with soft words and gentle touches until he was eventually calmed. "Could the medication side effects be causing you to feel more anxious?" Louis inquired gently. "I'm not sure...maybe, I've never felt this way before the new meds" Harry said.

"It's okay, Haz" Louis said comforting,"I think your body is just getting used to the medication soon". Harry nodded and allowed Louis to be the big spoon while he took on the role of little spoon.

They both dozed off with the tv still blaring.

The next morning, Harry woke up feeling better. He had a feeling this day was going to be great. He switched off the TV, pecked Louis on the cheek and left for a morning run.

When he came back Louis was walking down the stairs in his robe, looking a bit tired. "Louis!" Harry said with enthusiasm, making Louis chuckle a little. "Mornin' Haz" Louis replied.

Harry felt heat radiating from Louis when they hugged, so he pulled away and put a hand on Louis's forehead. "Lou, you definitely have a fever" Harry said. "Noo, I'm fine, It's just really warm in here" Louis said.

Louis had actually planned a surprise for Harry today but he didn't want his sickness to ruin it so he tried to lie his way out of it. Harry seemed doubtful but eventually came to believe Louis, at least partially.

"What are you up to today?" Louis asked. "Nothing" Harry replied. "Well, you're coming with me to a place at 6pm" Louis said. "I'm excited, but are you sure it's wise to go if you're feeling ill?" Harry said. "I'm not sick!" Louis shouted with a raspy voice, coughing into his sleeve afterwards. "Yeah right," Harry said skeptically.

Louis and Harry were doing very little until it drew closer to 6pm. But Harry was watching Louis closely just to be sure.

"Are you ready, Haz?" Louis asked. "Yeah, just let me change my shirt," Harry said. "Oh my god, this is like the seventh time you've changed your shirt! We're gonna be late! C'mon, it's fine!" Louis said chuckling tiredly. "Okay okay I'm coming" Harry said.

Louis drove them to a very fancy restaurant. Harry had dreamt of going here already before the one direction days but he had never had time. When he saw the place from the car window his jaw dropped. "Are you being serious right now?" Harry asked Louis with a big smile on his face.

"I told you I would take you here one day" Louis said, "you said it was one of your biggest dreams to go here and i wanted to make it happen". "I don't know what to say, Louis. Thank you so much" Harry said, before planting a series of kisses on him.

The restaurant was 5-star, very pricey but they had the world's best chefs and food. The building was large and round with elegant interiors. There was an exclusive store where you could purchase antique items that weren't available anywhere else.

Louis led Harry in the restaurant. Harry admired every single detail. Harry's eyes were alight with happiness. The table was reserved under the name 'Tomlinson', so a waitress escorted them to their assigned seats.

Louis wasn't feeling well at all but he didn't want to ruin Harry's good mood, so he decided not to say anything. They were handed their menus and began scanning through them.

"Have you found anything yet?" Harry asked a few minutes later. Louis was a bit scared to speak up but he knew that if he just shook his head, Harry would suspect something. "No, there are too many options here" Louis said. He didn't sound as raspy as he thought he did, but his voice was still a little raspy.

"We can come back another day if you're not feeling well, okay?" Harry said gently, intertwining his fingers with Louis's. "No no, please, I'm okay, jus' a little tired, that's all" Louis said.

The waitress returned after a short while and inquired about their order.

Harry told her his order first and then Louis looked down at the menu, trying to make a decision. He didn't want anything too heavy because he wasn't feeling well, but he also didn't want something that would leave him hungry an hour later. "I think I'll have the same thing as Harry" Louis finally decided.

The waitress took their orders and left them alone again. The silence was comfortable, but it was soon broken by Louis yawning loudly. "Sorry" he said sheepishly when Harry gave him an amused look.

The waiter quickly brought their food and they both eagerly started to eat. The food was fantastic, and they both agreed that it was the best restaurant they had ever been to. "This is so good, thank you Louis" Harry said as he took a bite of his food. "You're welcome" Louis said, smiling tiredly.

After they had finished eating, Louis said he was going to the toilet and then pay for their meal. He stood up but looked a little unsteady on his feet, worrying Harry.

"I can pay if-" Harry began, but Louis quickly cut him off. "NO! I wanted to surprise you with this, so let me pay. Discussion over!" With that, Louis walked away towards the bathrooms.

Louis returned a few minutes later looking even more ill. He was sweating profusely and had a pallid complexion.
