3rd person P.O.V
Ame rushed through a darkened hallway as she frantically searched for something. The sounds of sniffling could be heard coming from a kid coming from all directions. Accompany that by the sounds of the fires raging outside, and the screams of terror and panic alongside it. And it was making it beyond difficult for Ame to find them. But she was determined to find them. She HAD to!
The floor was partially submerged in water as something was flooding the place. Each step she takes getting harder and harder because of the water as it slowly flooded the building.
Ame : "Kiiiiiid! Kiiiiiid!!!" She called out in hopes of getting an answer. In a state of worry for the kid.
*Ameee... *sniff* I'm scared. Please.... Help me...* The child pleas out. It sounded like a little girl.
Ame : "I'm coming! Don't worry! Everything's going to be okay!" However, another voice then starts speaking out too. A raspy and deep voice. One of pure evil.
*How cruel. Lying to a child.* She fastened the pace of her search. Desperation in her face as she knew just how dire the situation was. Busting down door to door until eventually she comes across one door that had water gushing out the gaps. The cause of the flooding coming from there!
*Bam!*
She shoulder charges a door open and gazes into the room in horror. In the center of room, floating in the water was a small girl with long flowing blue hair. The water flowing off of her hair like a broken tap. But the water wasn't pure. As all around the girl, the water was stained red with her blood.
Ame : "................." She was beyond speechless. A whole flow of emotions rushing through her all at once at the sight of the body. She was too late, the kid was already dead.
However, it wasn't the only body in the room. Bodies littered the floor all across the room. And each and every one was ones that she recognizes.
Two girls lay imbedded in a wall. One with an orange hat and the other with purple hair. The purple one still clutching a pair of guns still in their hands. Blood all over their hair and faces.
An elf and two silver haired girls lay submerged in the water. Their bodies stiff from drowning.
Ame falls to her knees in despair with a wet splash. Beginning to hyperventilate at the site of it all. She wanted to scream in anguish, she couldn't even utter a peep. Terror took route of her soul when she gazes up and sees one loan figure. Alive and staring right at Ame. Floating in the air above the water with a sadtistic grin on their face. Their pearly white teeth glistening as all of their other features remained in the shadows. In their hand, they clutched the final body by their throat.
Gura hanging in their grasp... Swaying lifelessly in the wind.
But then suddenly, all the bodies snapped their heads to the detective. Their eyes full of hate and betrayal. Blood pouring out of their sockets.
