A little to know about yourself before the story:
You are (Y/N) (L/N). You were born and raised in (whichever country you were born in). You used to be a pro rally driver. You drove for Hyundai and Subaru(The car company) and won countless championships while still being a young rookie. You hold a number of records on a lot of tracks. People would often call and consider you the 'Best racing driver of all time'. Earning yourself worldwide fame and fortune. You couldn't go anywhere without a fan recognizing you. You would often attend talk shows and do commercials. One time, you were even a guest on 'The Grand Tour' and as expected, you were the fastest guest they ever had.

The reason of being the fastest was because you would take risks no other driver would have the balls to consider and drive beyond the car's limitations. That type of thinking got you the multiple championships but it also got you in quite a few crashes. Some leaving you in critical condition. You managed to pull through every time and luckily don't have any terminal injuries.
You decided that you've been cheating death way too many times and one day you wouldn't be so lucky. You had earned more than enough money to live the rest of your life (As well as the next four of your descendants lives) in luxury so you announce to the world your very early retirement. Which the news had quite the field day with, calling it 'the loss of one of the greats.' Many car brands still try to bring you out of your retirement but you turn down every single one.
But the problem with retiring very early was that you had nothing to do. You would often get long boring days and you didn't know what the fuck to do with your life. So you decided to use your fame, money and motoring connections to create something that would definitely take away the boredom and also have your love for racing in it, ' The Horizon Festival'. A type of festival held all over the country that combines all the motoring aspects with a massive celebration and party that lasts about a month and a half. You were able to get thousands of car brands to participate in it as well as many famous DJ's and Musicians to provide the music. The first festival you held was in Scotland and it brought more tourist attraction to the country than any Olympic or FIFA event in history.(In this world, Forza modeled the 'Forza Horizon' franchise after you. Paying you a million for 'fair use').
