Can't stop smiling

Ae's pov:

"Someone looks so happy today and can't even stop smiling." My mom starts teasing me again, it's not her fault either I really cannot stop smiling.

We are all sitting in the garden having chitchat with some evening snacks. It's a habit of us to sit and talk atleast once in a day.

"Mae don't you have customers to attend, did you leave the shop opened?" I just don't want her to tease me anymore she is just teasing me for almost 2 to 3 hours, it looks like she doesn't have anything else to do.

"Ae, stop diverting, confess now what are hiding from us?" Even though she wants to sound strict she cannot stop laughing either.

"Mae , it's nothing please go and take care of the shop. " I said without giving her a chance to talk back. But she is not ready to leave me alone so I just signalled my dad to help me, which he happily did.

Aaaaa... Jin leave him, I was taking care our shop alone for hours I cannot do it anymore, pai..... (Go) pai, pai,pai.... He urged mom to go to the shop, and gave me a thumbs up before leaving the garden.

I was so worried for the past 3 days, that Pete didn't respond to any of my calls and texts, but today he himself called me and talked to me for hours, I feel so much better after hearing his smooth voice. I have never seen such a brave, strong at the same cute and soft person ever, he looks so cute that I really cannot believe that he is a real person. I have never felt something like this towards someone, is it because......... I don't know, I cannot understand what's happening to me, this feeling it's new I don't want to assume anything.

"Aeeeeeeee...... get out of your delusion" p Nat shouted.

"P Nat why are you shouting it's not good for the baby" I said still can't get out the shock.

"Ae I was shouting your name for almost ten times, you were so into your thoughts that you didn't even pay attention at all." She yelled.

"Sorry p I was just thinking about something" I said in a low voice.

"I can see it in your face Ae, you look really happy today, did anything happen? Is there any good news to share? P Nat asked with a teasing smile.

"Nothing like that p, I just got spaced out" I said, and can't even control my smile.

"Hmmmm.... now a days you often spaced out, being sad for no reason and getting hyper suddenly, too much of mood swings, Ae are you pregnant too? She is taking mom's role now both of them won't sleep if the didn't tease me for a day.

P'Nat..... I yelled out aloud.

Aeeee.... Don't scream it's not good for the baby. She used my own words to tease me now and crazed her big tummy. We both laughed out loud.

"Ok now it's time for a serious discussion." She is really serious now I can feel it from her tone.

Ae, you don't have to hide anything, you looked so gloom yesterday but now all of a sudden you look exactly opposite to it, Is there anything that we need to know?" P Nat started to poke my shoulder. P'Nat is more like a own sister to me cause she is in our house for almost 5 years now, she is always kind to me and always there for me, she teases me, care for me and even sometimes play soccer with me. I have never hide anything from her before but when it comes to Pete I myself could not understand what I am feeling now, so I just don't wanna to say anything that's inappropriate.

"I will definitely share it with you when the time comes, ok karb?" I said to P'Nat.

"So, you really do have something to share with us, don't you?" She asked again.

P....... I whined.

Ok, ok I am not forcing you, you can share it whenever you feel comfortable to share. But Ae keep one thing in mind all we need is your happiness, whatever you do always priorities your happiness, ok? She said and ruffled my hair before getting moving away.

P karb, thank you. I said she stopped in her track and get back to me with a huge smile on her face.

Aeeeee... Give me your hand she took my hand and placed iton her belly, Ae can you feel it your niece is playing soccer inside. She looks so happy and I really feel a kick, we all got blessed after years, she loves to take care of me just like mom. She was longing for a baby for almost 4 years now our family is going to get bigger and better.

Ae... You should teach her your special tricks in playing football ok. She said and started to walk towards the pastry shop, I think she is going to let my mom feel the baby's kick.

My family members are the best thing that ever happened to me, they never say a word against my wishes, they always support me and give importance to my openion they are the most lovely people that I have ever seen. My father is a kind of person, who always priorities what the heart says and he brought us up in the same manner.

I really cannot wait for Friday I really miss Pete now, for some I really want to share all these happiness with pete. Though I have exams and other project work to do, I don't know whether we will have a chance to meet, and I asked Pete to take rest till he get completely cured, P'Nat said he looks week. I need to take care of him well.

I didn't get the chance to meet Pete all these days we were only interacting through voice call and texting I really miss Pete a lot, I promised him that I will pick him up today and it became a routine to us to text almost every 30mins once, I almost feel like I am addicted to my mobile I often Check my mobile even when I was in the middle of the practice ground, it turns into a habit now, all thanks to Pete.
