Dylan's pov

In the rec room i was writing my parents a letter when squid walked up to me and snatched the letter out of my hands as i got up and the other boys watched

" Who you writing to? " Squid asked me as he stopped me from trying to grab the letter out of his hand

" Aw, you miss your mommy? Squid asked me as i tried to grab the letter out of his hand

" Give it back..." I said as squid shoved me alittle

" Trust me, they'll be glad they got rid of you " squid said seemingly bummed out as he threw my letter in the trash and i grabbed it and put it in the mailbox as i followed squid back to the tent

" What the hell was that? " I asked squid who sat on his cot

" What? " Squid asked me as i gave him a look

" Um you taking my letter from me and throwing it in the trash and telling me my family is glad they got rid of me " i said as squid looked at me and rolled his eyes

" Its not your business " squid said as i rolled my eyes

" It is if your taking it out on me " i said annoyed

" Fine, my mother is an alcoholic and my dad left me and my mother because she wouldn't stop drinking so i got so angry at my dad that i broke the law and ended up here...i thought i would be better here and then you show up and you remind me of my family and why i came here... that's why i cant stand you " squid said in his southern accent as i sighed and nodded

" So your threatened by me? " I asked him as he scoffed

" Im not threatened by a girl " squid said as i nodded and walked over to him and sat down next to him

" Maybe you could try to be nicer to me? " I asked squid as thought about it and shook his head

" No it'll be to hard " squid said getting up as i got up to and he tried to walk away but i grabbed his arm and pulled him back

" What is with you? One minute your fragile and hurting and the next minute you put on some fake bad boy act " i said confused as squid raised his eyebrows at me and i got confused when he got in my face and i felt his dirty breath on me and he was dirty from the dirt

" Fake bad boy act? Do you wanna end up in the hospital with an iv? " Squid said getting aggressive as the boys walked in and I wasn't scared of him and squid began backing down

" No, but if you even think about touching me or putting your hands on me at all...your gonna wish you didnt mess with me " i said getting aggressive as squid seemed kinda scared of me and the boys nodded at each other and smiled

We walked to the rec room and some boy grabbed my ass so i grabbed a pool stick and hit him across the face with it as d tent watched in shock, as the boy layed on the floor in pain as i threw the pool stick next to him

" Touch me again and next time its your balls " i said as all the boys moved from me and squid came up to me and moved me over to the other pool table

" Dont look at him, hes crazy you understand " squid said as i nodded and we stared at each other and squid looked away awkwardly as his hands clinged onto the pool table and he had a nervous look on his face

" Did you see fear back there? " Armpit said as i got confused

" Nobody messes with fear " magnet said as the boys were at the pool table with us

" Nobody " squid and magnet said as the other boys agreed

" What? " I said as the bell for counseling rang and the boys called me fear and walked with me

We stood around in a circle and sat down as squid and me looked at each other and i kinda got butterflies and i guess the same for squid because he looked away an his face kinda blushed out, dr. Pendanski talked to us for awhile and asked us stupid questions but my mind was focused on squid and how cute he looked oh my gosh i like squid, after the counseling session we walked back to our tent and we all felt bored

" Alright, how about we play truth or dare? " Magnet said smiling as we nodded and sat down in a circle
