The demon hovered around for a bit, the silence growing more and more until he finally spoke.
"Balseraph" it replied, once again stopping behind her and placing it's cold hands on her shoulder.
She shook in fear, the coldness of it's s hands sending chills down her spine. The prince of greed she recognized, the stories were really true. She was somehow relived by the fact that it wasn't actually Satan but a demon wasn't even very much a good thing but it was at least a smaller issue. It didn't actually seem like this demon was seeking for world domination or destruction, It was a little friendlier than she had imagined but she knew it was definitely playing to get her to loosen herself and be possessed.
She moved of its touch and faced it once more,
"What do you want from me?" She asked not wanting to exhibit the fear that consumer her inside. She was talking to a prince of hell. She had every reason to be scared.
"Your body" it replied almost immediately it's robe flowing even though there was barely any moving wind in the room.
"Why?!" She yelled mad at the fact that it was after her body. She wasn't ready to give herself up, not yet, not ever.
"You're my price" it made clear.
She knew her demon's and angels very well, she used to be a strong believer before the church turned their back on them. Her thirst for knowledge had made her study more than she was supposed to and have knowledge that people her age weren't supposed to have.
She knew that all that struck a deal with the prince of greed, had to offer up something that was worth the same amount of gifts they had received but what made the story almost unbelievable waa the fact that it demanded only a female child in return. They must certainly be a reason behind such choice and that was what she wanted to know. Why did it need her body.

Ryan crouched low to pick up the priest's fallen rosary and rose to see a familiar face. The infamous father Matthias. Their gifts were almost similar, while he had the ability to see spirits and ghost's, father Mathias could sense them from a mile away. He was one of the top exorcists and it made him wanted almost everytime. He was rarely seen because he was mostly busy and when he wasn't, he took shifts at a mental hospital just to make up funds for charity.
"I'm sorry father" He apologized returning the priest's rosary.
Matthias nodded affirmatively to his apology, took his rosary from the boy and walked away with the same speed as he had walked in. He wanted to report what he had felt yesterday to the church, a great evil was around them and he could tell that exorcising this evil wasn't going to be an easy task.
Ryan watched as the priest scurried away, he knew the man was always busy but something seemed off today, he was almost running, and looked worried. Anything that troubled a priest of his caliber, definitely meant serious trouble.
He walked out of the church premises and headed for his car, the day was far from over and he had decided to visit a friend of his. Sarah.
The drive from the church to her residence was less than an hour drive. He drove out of his parking spot and made a turn towards the exit before driving out of the premises.
He arrived at her place faster than he had anticipated. He walked up to the door and rang the doorbell announcing his arrival to anyone who cared to listen to the doorbell.
Sarah rushed to the door immediately she heard the doorbell ring. She had spent all her say with this demon hovering all around her without relaying any meaningful information to her. It didn't want to expose it's plan so she wasn't ready to follow through with anything it said. She prayed that another body in the room might make it go away as she reached for the door.
She raced into his arms without wasting another second. She had been worried sick about him since yesterday and hadn't had the chance to call or check up on him after the ordeal with her mother and now this Balseraph was torturing her. His company was exactly what she needed to get all the madness and restlessness out of her system.
She finally released him and invited him in but the moment he stepped into the house, he froze, his gaze fixed above just where Balseraph hovered.
She followed his gaze upwards after failing to shake him out of his trance and that was when she realized, Ryan could see him, Balseraph. Her demon
