Calvin Moore walked into his office and picked up his phone. He wanted to know the exact moment the staff would be arriving. When he raised the phone to her ear, he heard nothing but static. "What the-." There was no service. He ran into Summer's office.
She sat up straight. "What is it?" He ignored her and picked up her phone as well. "The service...it's out. There's no Wi-Fi and no way to contact anyone. What happened?" He walked outside to test the phones.

Giles and Lana had been conversing over coffee. When she had arrived, he had filled her in at once. Lana had listened and nodded, staying calm despite being forced into another deadly situation. Giles took a sip of his coffee, always black. "Look, it's Calvin. The killer must have already shut down the phones. I wonder how they do it?" He has wondered this for some time.

Lana didn't have time to reply as a loud noise broke the morning silence. Suddenly Summer was running out of her office and into the road, waving her hands enthusiastically. "They're here!" Indeed they were. A private school sized bus was driving up the long road and had just rounded the main hall. Calvin put his phone in his pocket and faked a smile. Lana looked at Giles, both of them shared a look that only they would know. It would not be long till those people were no longer alive.

The bus stopped and the doors open. The first employee walked out with a sort of limp. Sage Oxley, twenty-eight, had a bright smile and a broken leg. She had once been a professional baker, but had found herself unable to bake for personal reasons. Sage had long dark hair and was perfect in figure. She was not married and had never thought of having children.

Sherman Dickson, thirty-two, Italian and perfectly tan. He wasn't exactly attractive especially with the large mustache he sported. However, he had muscles for days and a charming smile. Sherman lived in Colorado with his mother and brother. They would say he's a lady's man and he would say he's a man's man.

Brooklyn Elmonté, the tall hispanic woman from Florida, was only twenty-three. She had no experience at camp because she had just graduated. Brooklyn was a quiet soul and it took a lot of coaxing to get her to open up. She had long wavy curls to the middle of her back and a pink sun hat, like she was ready for a vacation.

Phillip Herring, twenty-five, was the most beautiful man any of the watchers had ever seen. He walked out of the bus with a shining smile and bright blue eyes. Phillip was an athletic type and had always gotten the ladies. He could have been a model but the man never wanted that life. Standing at 6'2, he had wavy brown locks and a five'o-clock shadow. He was of course not married and was finishing grad-school.

Greer Alcott, twenty-nine, seemed to glow in a shade of red as she exited the bus. Her hair was glistening red and her clothes were red. She had so much red on that Giles could barely keep looking at her. Greer was from a small town in the middle of Virginia. She had no children and was not married. This kept her options open and she practically always traveled, finding a man wherever she went.

Zayne Shepard, twenty-five, he was a lanky and boyish man, but not entirely unattractive. He had a cluster of dark hair and broad shoulders. Zayne had never been employed in his life and had a youthful presence about him. He played every instrument in the book and used this talent to help pay for his apartment in Chicago. He lived alone and was not a fan of large events such as this.

Audrey Tylers looked exactly like what Giles had expected. The sorority girl was twenty-four, and had long blonde hair. She was of course tan and had the look of someone who knew how to talk. She lived in North Carolina with her boyfriend and her dogs. Audrey was also a huge social media influencer and let that be part of her career.

The first thing Giles recognized about Ethan Jackson, was the bright pink hair in a sort of faded cut. He was thirty and fairly attractive, his hair brought his brown eyes into light. Ethan was an artist by day and a photographer by night. He was happily married to his husband and had no children. He lived in New Orleans and had never left.

Trinity Garrison, thirty-four, bounded off the bus laughing. She was a full time babysitter and a happy person. Her hair was coal black and her skin was a caramel brown. She was married and had three children. One thing about her that shocked Giles, was that Trinity was an ex-police officer.

Jericho Sanchez, twenty-three, was a college football player and had a love for working with children. He could be described as tall, dark, and handsome, with dark brown eyes. Jericho lived with his fiancé in Utah. He struck Giles as the type of man who got what we wanted in life.

Jaclyn Hawkins, twenty-seven, was the type of girl who never spoke loudly and had a southern charm to her. She had medium length blonde hair and glasses. Jaclyn was from kansas and despised to be called Dorothy. She was single and was a devout baptist. Giles watched as she laid eyes on the men around her and blushed.

The last to exit the bus was Cole Keller, twenty-seven, he had blonde curly hair and a surfers smile. The man was probably the most successful employee present, having owned two summer camps. He lived in Florida with his German shepherd. The man was very talkative and Giles wondered how he wasn't married.

All of the employees began to converse and Giles watched them. He looked over at Lana once again. Only the two of them and someone amongst the new staff, knew what was truly going on. He thought to himself, just how much he wanted to know who it was right then. However, this group was even harder to read and as Giles watched them, the killer began to plan their first murder.
