He stops and grasps his hands on a handlebar as the train gets out of the tunnel and the view of Night City can be seen.

"Then the year passes by and CDPR released some DLC and fixed everything. Now, it's best game CDPR ever made." The scene cuts to some malnourished man in a patient gown floating in some dark space.
"By then... I've just died and been given another chance." There was a split-second glitch of someone before glitching to the same man that was on the train

Once he's done, he throws his smoke into the ground, crushes it with his boot, throws the empty can into a nearby trash can, and takes out his iron to check its condition before holstering back into it back into his inner jacket pockets:

The scene abruptly cuts to him kicking a door down and shooting at some gang members with the same gun he had stashed in his inner pockets and had just set someone on fire. A gangster tried to flank him but was hit with multiple gunshots and was shoulder bashed as his body flew across the room and crashed into something.
The scene cuts to a woman who wears similarly to the man on the train as he is driving and lightly headbang while she is drinking away while the big man from before is dancing to the music but is muted due to the music playing right now.
The three same people in the car were hanging out at some bar while an older woman was talking to them and had her hands hanging around the man's shoulder while his big friend and female friend just smirked at his predicament.
The scene cuts to those three same friends who then took cover by some vehicle as they lay some fire on their enemies.
The scene cuts to some apartment as the man is dancing with a girl who looks like a drifter while another girl who looks like a tech wizard is busy on his computer but looks at them with a smile and another with white hair is busy swinging her sword around like a trained swordswoman.
The camera cuts to a compilation of many mundane things that happen every day in Night City, people getting robbed in the middle of the day, some armed personnel shooting at a gang hideout, a flying car driving by, some business people trying to make a deal, a man unholstering a pistol to unload a bullet into some dude at some casino, a futuristic looking ninja with a bloodied thermo-katana and the edges of the katana were evaporating since the rain is hitting at the hot side of the katana, and finally to a big mechanical man looking down at the camera before pointing a huge gun to it and pulled the trigger.
Finally, it cuts to him, his friends, the old woman, and the girls that were in his apartment now eating some takeout food at some empty lot with a barrel bonfire.
"In this world... you need chooms that you trust with your life... chooms that are with you 'till the end." the man narrates as he looks at the camera and another man appears out of nowhere, wearing the same outfit the man on the chair was wearing except for the jacket and he's wearing some brown pants as he looks at the camera as well.
"Because in life, there's no do-over."

"Make sure you keep your chooms close and your enemies closer."

The scene cuts to an action-packed compilation and cuts along with the beat of the song as it shows how ruthless, violent, and cruel Night City is underneath all the happy life that it's masking and ending with the same man pointing the hand cannon to the camera and the glitch man made a finger gun and is pointing at the camera as well as both pulled the trigger.
