You watched the pair leave through the shattered remains of your front door as thoughts raced through your head.
Every one of the thoughts you had led to one possible conclusion. And you didn't like it.
Without hesitation, you stormed for the basement door.
Your entire life, since as far back as you could even remember, your dad's number one rule, the rule you just did not break. Now, however, you had a sneaking suspicion why he'd made such a rule.
So, with a heavy heart and Rias standing beside you, you reached for the doorknob, twisting it and swinging the heavy wooden door open to reveal a staircase down to what appeared to be a brightly lit basement, which in and of itself was weird.
Y/n: I swear, if there's someone living in my basement, I'm going to commit a murder.
With a deep breath, you and Rias began to descend into the basement.
