.*The sound of loud rain, and the roars of thunder continues, getting harsher by the minute, awakened this teen from sleep, laying on the couch, with drool dripping out. He rubbed his eyes and scratched his hair, to see a very dark room, as he then remembers it as the living room. He recalls being in the market, with people going mad, the supermarket being a frenzy place. He stood up and wore his slippers and wandered around. Barely can't see a thing, he used his flashlight to see what's going on, and saw movement from the kitchen. Holding a baseball bat and a blanket covering his back, he approached and walked slowly. Feeling worried, he shouted out, waiting for a response.*
Mark: Well morning sleepyhead! Did you had a goodnight's sleep? (Mark chuckles as he gives him the usual plate of eggs and bacon.)
Link: H-huh? I don't very think so I guess? It's so dark in here...
Mark: I turned of the electricity in this building, to prevent hazard.
Link: Ah.... the storm's still here, it's been so long, will it stop?*He sat on the couch, slowly chewing the bacon, he looked at the balcony, seeing a greyish blue scene away, he closed the curtains.*
Mark P.O.V
(Geez, it has been a while than expected, I wonder what Link's been up to, I should go check on him. I went to the living room to see Link in the couch laying upside-down and moaning. "Waaaah I can't do anythiiing....", I peeked in and out and started on the usual chores. Without electricity, I had to improvise on some tasks. I also found candles on the bathroom cabinet. I slowly lit them, showing a bright light, which caught Link's attention. I can tell he was gazed upon the light. I noticed his hand wanting to touch the fire. Immediately slapping it, he groans.)
Link: Ow! That hurts! I-I wasn't gonna touch the fire y'know.. I was going to get the candle to the bathroom. I need to take a quick dump real quick...
Mark: You have a flashlight on your phone. Why bother using the candle-
Link: Meh, I don't reall care. The flashlight will quickly drain the phone's battery. Plus, the flame makes the room warm.
Mark: How is that even possible-
Link: Well dont bother with me, mind your own buisness tin-can.(Seeing Link grab the candle, I sighed and went on with the errands. It's my job to make the apartment spotless. {he went on full maid mode lmfao}
After an hour, I managed to clean up and made the rooms clean. Meanwhile, I heard Link's groans and complains in our bedroom. I didn't bother to ask him though, he would probably ask me to turn on the electricity, as always.. Suddenly, I heard him scream from the bathroom. He looked very worried. He pointed at the toilet. I knocked him on the forhead for worrying me for no reason.)Link: Mark, you think no toilet paper's not an "emergency and a reason to be worried about?"
Mark: What got you so caught up about paper used in wiping a-
Link: Pfft, you wouldn't understand though heh. I guess these magazines would do-(*cutely slams the bathroom door*)
Link: WAAAAAH!!! MARK!! OPEN THE DOOR THIS INSTANT!!!!
Mark: Or what dumbass??
Link: I'M SERIOUS!!! PLEASE OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW!!!STOP PLAYING WITH THE LIGHTS!!!!(The moment I unlocked the door, Link was fully raged, and started chasing me very quickly. I can tell he was really pissed from what I done. Deserved if i'm gonna be honest. We ran for minutes until Link finally gave up and catched his breath. We both sat down on the floor, and layed down.)
Link: I'll... get you... for this...
Mark: In your dreams heh..
Link: ....
Link: Anyways.. the storm's still ongoing, damn. We should do something to pass the time.
Mark: And that is?
Link: I dunno, tell stories?
Mark: I'm up for it if you want.
Link: Alright soo...
Link: You come up with one!
Mark: Me?
Link: Yeah! A robot like you can create a thousand of stories by a second.
Mark: That's.... not possible..
Link: Aw man.. but can you still think of one?
Mark: I can try, horror it is?
Link: Yep! Lead the story mate!Mark's story
There was once a man, he was fishing when he saw a lighthouse with the light on, that seemed to caught his attention, as he went to the island. It was raining like today. He heard noises and decided to enter the lighthouse. Upon entering, he saw a-
Link: 'A daaaaark empty room with cobwebs and nasty stuff and then a ghost showed up and killed him." Dude, i'm too old for this story, like give me something unexpected for once.
Mark: You might as well tell the story yourself then.
Link: ..Mark continues then story.
Alright then, he saw a teddy bear in the drawer, it had brown and blue spots. It made the man feel worried, he decided to go on further, he heard a footstep, thinking of it as rats running along, he continued on and went to the top floor. He saw what he couldn't believe he saw. His dead wife and his kids. They were h@nged and seemed to be staring at him. The atmosphere of the place turned heavy. The lights drifted to a reddish color as the wife points at him. "You didn't save us. You didn't save us. We will never forgive you. You will be punished." Soon after, the children started to do the same. The fisherman didn't know what to do. The sudden rushed heartbeat and the shocked expressed reaction, he looked for the door he entered. When he reached the door. A man in fire holding a sword stood on his back. The sword was pointed at the man's head. The man was holding on the doorknob for dear life as the lighthouse collapsed. Only the door and him were floating in the air. All he heard was painful screams of children asking for help. Then, the door opened by itself, the teddybear he saw earlier, it grew pointy teeth as it bit the man's arm, he fell into a roof. The roof began to shake as the tiles seperate, hands arise from the land and pulled the man until its last breath. Legend says the screams of the man can be heard from the thunders today.
*Finishing the story, I left Link speechless and terrified, even traumatized, served him right. A thunder suddenly zapped, scaring the hell out of him. He rushed on and hugged me. Now I can tell he wasn't much satisfied with my story. I laughed at him and carried him to our bedroom. I left the candle in the desk, considering of Link's recent fear. I smiled at him and closed the door. At the time, the storm stopped. As promised, I turned on the electricity of the building to hear rejoiced and relieved sounds from the people below. I opened the balcony to see a clear scene of the place. I stood there gazing there.*
