Alive and Well

Introduction

RONDNI :

".........huh....."

I open my eyes to see myself in an autopsy room. I frantically touched my whole body to make sure everything was there.

"You're in one piece. Nothing missing other than the heartbeat of a mortal."

"Moon goddesses!"

"Yes it is me. Now remember our deal. You must kill your fathers twin brother Liazern so that you may become mortal and alive to live with your family for many years."

"My apologies Moon goddess, I understand the advantages this gives me, but what does this give you?"

"I shouldn't tell you, but you will figure it out anyways. Liazern is a plague to the werewolves. He is on a hunt to kill and take advantage of all the packs of the world and become Supreme ruler of all. As you and everyone else knows is that I am Supreme ruler of all. Everytime he kills an alpha he gains their ultimate power of rule. I have this ultimate power, but a hundred times greater than any alpha that has ever lived or is living. If Liazern kills all reigning alphas he would almost have the equal amount of power I hold. He could defeat me and become the Moon god and be a Supreme deity of the heavens. That means your race will be in great danger. He is a ruthless man who only seeks power He will constantly kill and maybe start a heavily war and then become the ruler of all and that is something that affects everyone in the entire universe. You killing him now would be a great solution to this crisis. I don't agree that using your body as a killing machine for the advantage of your kind , but there is no other choice. Fighting him as a mortal will not help. Fighting as an immortal will increase your chances of bringing him down. Your family must not know that you're alive not until this is over to keep them safe."

"I understand."

2 years later........

Valen:

"Damien..... Damien..... where are you??" I screamed through the mansion.

"....... I am in here Valen!!" Yells Damien

I walk through the livingroom, down the hallway, past the kitchen, all the way to Damien's office. Everytime I walk in everything reminds me of Rondni. I can see him just sitting there with his hands covering his face and sighing in slight frustration.

"I know it's hard." Damien said

"I can't never walk in this room and not see him sitting in that chair. You remind me so much of him sometimes. "

"It's in the blood. Our concil has treated you and your son terribly. I can understand as to why they want to keep the Alpha blood line safe, but throw you two out of the safety of being in command doesn't give you two both a long chance of living." Damien said

"You pity me and my son is that why you married me?"

"There was a slight bit of pity before, and I regret showing you pity when you are the strongest luna I have ever meet in the course of my life. I now have a reason, you and Rhys are my family. My family I love and care for that I need to protect. My reason for marrying you is to make sure I protect you in place of Rondni."

"I'm glad you want to protect your family just like your brother. I Hate that you had to be given a choice to marry in order to protect me with the council's approval. I want you to know that I am not going to stand in the way of you finding your mate. Once you find her I will divorce you and I will find another way to still stay in the protection of command."
